Patchy on the photos front
I’m a photographer for an agent who wants me to get the insta 360 x5 working with property me. It doesn’t work. Our property agent also has trouble even using her IPhone. Props to support for getting back to us promptly however the issue remains unresolved.
Frustrating performance issues
I use PME for all routine, entry and exit reports. Unfortunately, the app appears to be plagued with performance issues, making near impossible to navigate at times.
Terrible app
In use this app for work, it’s the worst app I’ve ever used, photos don’t upload, it glitches and crashes non stop, and freezes randomly.
If you are an agency - I would not recommend using pme solely due to this app.

The app glitches, freezes randomly, crashes and over heats; if I literally didn’t have to use the app for work I wouldn’t use it at all.

Hi , as much as property me has been a great program, I find that we haven’t had much training and are probably not using the system to its full potential,
My issue I have is the support is not available when need, if you are out on the road and need answers straight away there is no one to call, you have to email, I don’t think that is good enough, property managers don’t have time to be waiting for a email .
Also the space allowed to save things under property is shocking, things that should be saved under property has to be saved under owner because of the lack and of size allowance.

Worst app ever
This app is the WORST I have ever used! It constantly crashes and when you log support you get half fast support that does not help! No matter how many times you update the app or your phone. It never works properly. Support is the worst by far they act very friendly and pretend to help you yet. None of their answers ever help properly and then when nothing helps they say we will need to lock this further to which you never get a response.

I have been a user of Console Gateway & then Console Cloud - a far better program- for 28 years - I would never Recommend propertyme to anyone. I have been using Propertyme for 7 months now, people said I would get used to it, I haven’t yet. The service is disgusting, there is none.

If I wanted a portable furnace, I’d go to Kmart and get a heater! This app makes my phone into an oven burning my pocket and my battery. App crashes continuously whenever I enter in or out of a room and take photos. Inspections take forever to load. Property contact information takes forever. Camera doesn’t include the ability to zoom out and lags. Emails are useless. Way to make my job harder!

Needs major overhaul
I cannot click on inbox messages, I have deleted and re installed the app, numerous times! Cleared cache and still having issues. We rely heavily on the app for day to day running of the business. When the app isn’t working, we aren’t working!

Note against property on the fly through App is a must future feature.
Love everything else about it.
Never runs
App constantly crashes, loose reports and freezes. It has had this property since I started using it in 2018. Very disappointing to see it hasn’t gotten better considering the time lost when the app is malfunctioning.

too many bugs - horrible
horrible app, always crashing , too slow. horrible to use while at routine inspections. makes the job take 5 times longer than it should

Pme inspection app
This app is clunky and slow to use
Notifications.
Would be great to have push notifications and badges in the app.
It’s not working after upgrade the app
Does anyone has the same issue as me after upgrading the app? It’s not working and forced to quit the app when I clicked on certain emails. Not too sure what’s the issue.
