Breaks down to much

Breaks down to much too frequently to the point that you can’t use all it’s functionality consistently with the phone app version. When it is working it’s a great tool. But again, it breaks down too often.

I had a problem accessing the app so I call the tech team and presto, all fixed.

Only been with the company a few months, I like the app a lot and can tell they are working hard behind the scenes to improve its functions!

Email issue

With the new update on my iPhone, my ability to send media to prospects via emails stopped working.

I love legal shield but

The latest update is flawed. When I go to share a video and click device contact it tells me I need to add a phone number. The phone number is already there. So to work around the problem I cancel it then copy the contacts number, then paste into new prospect. I hate it!! PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!

Great tool

What a great tool. To have all of this media on hand to send is amazing. It might be alittle slow at times but overall what a huge step up from sending media through the mail.
