The e-transfer is great now

It should NOT be this difficult

Trying ALL day to sign in on the web as well as the app. I am hoping deleting the PCCU app and then going in and downloading again will actually get me somewhere. When the app told me to update, I would click on it and it did nothing. Trying to get in on the web - id do all of the things and get to sign in AGAIN and it would tell me my credentials didn't match and then I got locked out. Convenience? Not!

Cheque depositing and general outdated features

Taking up to four business days to deposit a cheque is horrendous when it comes to the business hours. This bank doesn’t operate on the weekends, and the website is always having problems. It’s outdated and a bit outrageous when considering the most common clients. It’s always giving me warning tabs that they may not be able to complete my requests, even while in business hours, so it seems generally outdated and like it may need some touch ups.
Again though, if a cheque takes up to four days to deposit then it should not be viewable as a completed transaction in my account, along with that it should not be viewable in my account, but maybe that’s just my personal opinion. If these cheques are being deposited by real people though, then I do not see why it takes so long to happen, as people should be doing their jobs.
Update: It has now taken more then the 4 business days it usually takes to deposit my check and I am very, very disappointed in PCCU. I would say that this is the worst bank I’ve ever been a part of and the staff seem incompetent. I will be switching banks at my earliest convenience, the people I called to get help with this issue were also extremely passive aggressive and dismissive of my problem, I would say I’m surprised, but I’m really not. Incompetence and bad customer service tend to go hand in hand. Fix this issue.

Won’t open

Since update to iOS 18 the app will not open. It just spins.

Horrible

Horrible, can’t do an e-transfer. I shut down and restarted my phone. Difficult sign in, and then you can’t process an e-transfer.

Can not get it to update
Need cc# to do it?
Just curious as to why it needs a billing account (cc#)to update

Great app

Buggy and can’t log in. The old app was far superior.

Excellent app works very well.

I wish it showed my chequing account by default when I logged in rather that my mortgage

Dislike the new redesign

Would have rated 5 stars but the new update has changed the app entirely. Before it was quite simple to run and worked well. Had no issues with it whatsoever. Now with the recent update the entire app has been redone and I entirely dislike it. The old version was great. Don’t fix it if it ain’t broken

Works most of the time

A little sluggish, and am currently having issues with keyboard not opening when I try to enter the security question and cannot receive a transfer

Very impressed so far. Looks great, and I see this completely removing any need for me to login via a computer.
