When the app wants to work
The app is easy to use when it wants to be used. However I feel like there is a 20% chance that whenever I open the app it just doesn’t want to work. Whether it’s because signing in is a multi step process or the app just decides to not work, there is always some headache.
Terrible App
I have trouble with this app daily. Half the time I’m not able to log in or it says my password is wrong. The app is also updated so frequently that I never know how to work it, as everything changes so often. I switched banks largely due to this app.
Can’t log in, again!
Seems once a month or more, won’t accept log in info, telling me info doesn’t match records.
Unreliable
This app frequently stops working for days at a time, not allowing me to log in even after updating my password. Updating the app or phone doesn’t work. It will start working again randomly but it is very unreliable. I have phoned the service centre in the past and it hasn’t been resolved.
