Unable to use app now.
The app requires an update, but I’m unable to update as I’m staying on iOS 16, and I’m unable to update the app cause it needs iOS 17+. Very disappointed
Latest Update makes it impossible to use
Just when the TCU app was stable the developers added an update making the app obsolete on devices below iOS 17.0
The motto for the developer is “We’re not happy until you’re not happy!”

Face ID stopped working
The app has been great, but the update in Dec 2025 killed the Face ID function.
Won’t open
December update advertised…no longer can open w transfer. No updates I can manually make. Thanks once again TCU app. Most persnickety app I have had and I’ve had it for a long time. Never gets better. I never rate things. That’s how frustrating this app

terrible.
app never works, never lets me log in. this is a banking app that won’t even let me access my money. this is absolutely ridiculous considering the purpose of this app is to access and view my money and it can’t even let me do that. i can’t even view how much money i have in my account or make an e-transfer or anything. FIX IT.
