When the app wants to work
The app is easy to use when it wants to be used. However I feel like there is a 20% chance that whenever I open the app it just doesn’t want to work. Whether it’s because signing in is a multi step process or the app just decides to not work, there is always some headache.
Terrible App
I have trouble with this app daily. Half the time I’m not able to log in or it says my password is wrong. The app is also updated so frequently that I never know how to work it, as everything changes so often. I switched banks largely due to this app.
Can’t log in, again!
Seems once a month or more, won’t accept log in info, telling me info doesn’t match records.
Unreliable
This app frequently stops working for days at a time, not allowing me to log in even after updating my password. Updating the app or phone doesn’t work. It will start working again randomly but it is very unreliable. I have phoned the service centre in the past and it hasn’t been resolved.
Efficient and user friendly digital banking!
This is an easy to use app to manage your banking. With numerous features, you can accomplish almost any task with the app. Paying bills, making transfers, mobile deposits etc are made easy and accessible

HELP
The app won’t even let me log in because it is always on the loading screen. So I have to go in over and over again on my webpage in google. PLEASE FIX IT!
Terrible app
Hard to use with multiple accounts, slow and frustrating when doing a lot of transactions.
HUGE PROBLEM
I NEED TO SEND MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN MAKE AN IMPORTANT PAYMENT BUT I CANT BECAUSE YOUR DUMB APP IS DOWN AND WONT LET ME DO ANYTHING!!!!

We bank with 4 different banks, this is the worst one of them all. Confusing, fussy with the photo deposits,

Issue showing transaction history.
Not sure if any one else is having this problem. When I go to my checking account it only shows some bill payments and not things like purchases or even other bill payments. All my dates are set I’ve checked several things and nothing. I should also say that when I sign into the website everything works fine just not with the app.

Loving the new app
The New app was a much needed update. The access and confirmations with everything you do is so nice as well the extra security. I highly recommend this app for everyone it is very user friendly you can do almost all your banking needs from home with the new update! I could open up another savings account right through the app!

Cumbersome
Looking for transactions between accounts is cumbersome. Not just from lack of use but there are more physical clicks. IMO they traded simplicity for a pretty background. Paying corporate taxes would be nice if that comes but other than that I’d take the old app over this
Frustratingly slow
It takes forever to open up. I touch the sign in button and nothing happens!
