App keeps glitching
The app keeps glitching, not showing my full balance after a transaction. It takes a couple days. It’s not immediate like it used to be. Also keeps kicking me out every couple of hours and I have to re-login every time. It’s very annoying. I just want to do my baking please when I need to.

The app sometimes doesn’t open up. It’ll take days sometimes before it decides it wants to open up again. The inconsistency is severe.

Some people think of a bank rejecting a debit card charge as an inconvenience. Prosperity Bank will immediately allow it when they ask the customer if they made the charge. It’s an extra layer of security.
