Nice Start
The app has promise and it’s features work as described. The questionnaire that can be taken for the personal profile does not allow multiple answers even when the question is multiple choice and it’s unclear what that info may be used for. Also, none of the data is exportable nor does it produce any pre-formatted reports. 2 stars for function, 1 star for not collecting data.
