About
Protein Dash does one thing. It makes sure you eat enough protein every day.
You set a daily target once. We call it your floor. After that the app stays out of your way.
There is one big number on the screen: how much protein you've had today. No calories, no meal photos, no searching a food database.
Your usual foods sit on quick add tiles. Shake, yogurt, eggs, chicken, whatever you actually eat. One tap and it's logged. You can also log from the Home Screen widget, your Apple Watch, or by asking Siri, without opening the app at all.
When you hit your floor, you'll know. The number rolls up, the phone buzzes, and your streak grows. Once a day, and only when you earn it.
The app sends at most one reminder a day, and only when you're behind. It tells you exactly what would get you there, like a shake and a yogurt. If you're on pace, it stays quiet.
If your appetite is low right now, there's a reduced appetite mode. It sets a smaller minimum for the hard days and suggests small bites instead of full meals.
It works with Apple Health. It reads your weight so your target stays accurate, and saves what you log as dietary protein. Everything stays on your phone. No account, no server, no tracking.
That's it. One number. Hit it daily.
