Hydration is more than reaching a number. Gulpo helps you understand the pace behind it. The pace line shows where you could be by now, so you can see at a glance whether you’re on track, ahead, or falling behind. Tap it to see exactly how much. Log the way that feels natural. Manually choose a beverage and amount, say what you drank and how much all at once, or point the camera at your drink. Carry a bottle? It gets even easier. Just tell Gulpo how much of it you finished. Save the drinks you reach for often, from your morning glass to your desk mug, so they’re always close by. However the drink happened, there’s probably a quick way to log it. Now you’ve got one less excuse not to log :) Coffee, tea, milk, juice, smoothies and more all contain water. Gulpo accounts for the water in each drink instead of treating everything as plain water. Some days need more water than others too, so weather, workouts and details you choose to share through Apple Health can help Gulpo adjust your daily goal. There’s no Gulpo account and no sign-up. Your data stays on your devices and can sync through your own iCloud account. Gulpo doesn’t need to know who you are to know how much you drank. Gulpo Reserve is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Protein Dash

Protein Dash does one thing. It makes sure you eat enough protein every day. You set a daily target once. We call it your floor. After that the app stays out of your way. There is one big number on the screen: how much protein you've had today. No calories, no meal photos, no searching a food database. Your usual foods sit on quick add tiles. Shake, yogurt, eggs, chicken, whatever you actually eat. One tap and it's logged. You can also log from the Home Screen widget, your Apple Watch, or by asking Siri, without opening the app at all. When you hit your floor, you'll know. The number rolls up, the phone buzzes, and your streak grows. Once a day, and only when you earn it. The app sends at most one reminder a day, and only when you're behind. It tells you exactly what would get you there, like a shake and a yogurt. If you're on pace, it stays quiet. If your appetite is low right now, there's a reduced appetite mode. It sets a smaller minimum for the hard days and suggests small bites instead of full meals. It works with Apple Health. It reads your weight so your target stays accurate, and saves what you log as dietary protein. Everything stays on your phone. No account, no server, no tracking. That's it. One number. Hit it daily.
