The meal scanner got me to try it, but the coaching is what makes me keep using it. It helps me see if I’m actually staying on track instead of just logging random numbers.

Coming from the app Hevy and Strong, Protocol feels more of a full system. Logging lifts, track my personal records etc.
Been using this app for months
I’ve been following this app protocol since they started development. Since the developer is solo id understand there will be some setbacks for updates and improvements compared to bigger teams. But every update the app always improves and strives towards a better direction. I never really wrote reviews before but this app really deserves it. It’s free but it’s really worth paying for! Meal scanning is so polished , body scans with adaptive protein intake is such a game changing feature for an app like this. Protocol will be the future of fitness apps. I like that the app focuses on compliance instead of temporary motivation. I love that that I can ditch 3 apps and just use 1. What else has tracking steps, meal logging/tracking calories, and solid workout plans instantly? I highly recommend Protocol.

Everything you need is in this app. I've been using Protocol to lose weight and I can keep track of the calories I'm consuming. The coach provides daily workouts, not to mention the body scanner to help assess progress. I love it
