Far from seamless experience

Was hoping for simple and easy communication with Swedish about my health. There is some useful information, example lab results, once you find them. But there are big gaps in accuracy in other areas.

Two examples are when I recently had to reschedule an appointment with a specialist I was sent a link to a Providence branded version of mychart, which asked for a providence login. No message would better.

Another is the reminder area is cluttered with conflicting and inaccurate information. As an example, if an appointment date is updated at the front desk the appointment is still shown as being on the original date. Inaccurate and useless if you want to find the date of the new appointment.

In conclusion, if some information is unreliable how can a patient trust any of the information. The app would be far better if the unreliable features were removed until they worked correctly.

Helpful resources

I’m currently struggling with many issues and Swedish is right by my side, helping me overcome the obstacles in my path.

Great system/great people

I’ve been going to the Swedish Issaquah campus since it opened.
It’s an awesome hospital with awesome people, Doctors included.
I’ve used many of the types of medicine available; including surgery.
My primary care MD Dr. Shultz & my Nephrologist Dr.Barkan are, the best.

Helpful

I find it a great relief to have all of my medical information aggregated on one website. It’s easy to navigate as well.

Fantastic Doctors

Best medical care I have had in my 86 years!

Patient

I can always get an appointment and the staff are very friendly

Great Hospital

Since I've been going to Swedish Hospital I found them to be the most accommodating and professional organization I have seen in recent memory.
They work hard to align to your schedule especially since work from home options have gone away - this really helps

Convenient, easy to navigate

Also nice to be able to communicate with health professionals via email. Beware, if you ask too detailed a question, you/your insurance could be charged. This makes sense of course, you are taking up their time, but we don’t always think about that when sending an email. Still, it’s nice to have the ability for quick correspondence and this app allows for it.

Why fix what isn’t broken?

Old My Chart was doing just fine. This one - so much to be desired. My desire
: if it was never created and spent money on it.

Amazing staff

I went to the ER at Swedish Edmonds last night. I went in and out. Staff were amazing. Triage nurse was very compassionate and very caring. Another inside the ER was amazing. Thank you so much to all the staff for all your professional care at this ER.

Zoom appointment

Absolutely enjoy the professionalism and convenience of being able to do my zoom appointment.
The complete courtesy and convenience, total respect and absolute knowledge that is given to me each, and every time makes it completely soothing and always with the Atmos of care.

Cramer, all doctors there and Swedish in general

I am 73 now and very picky. I have never interacted with an organization more professional than Swedish to my knowledge, and that includes Dr.Cramer. Furthermore, once you learn how to use the Swedish app, information exchange and user friendliness is five star as well. Example: had blood drawn at the hospital this morning at 7 AM (Don't like that I had to fast but they'll fix that sooner or later) Was home around 7:30 AM opened the app on my iPad and had all the results at my fingertips. After asking Google, I had an idea what the results were. I'm writing this five star review after I made an appointment with Dr. Kramer, on a day and time that works just right for me. Go Swedish!
