MyChart an Effective Tool
Aside from being a convenient, online application, MyChart it’s a practical and effective application to communicate with the different medical providers within one network. I can easily access all of my medical records, schedule appointments, look up at current and past prescriptions, doctors evaluations, and I receive timely reminders of annual, preventative care exams from the comfort and mobility of my cellphone. I love it!!

Recent Update
this app most recently underwent an update and it’s terrible. I lost several of my medical providers and I cannot email them, but worst of all is diagnostic test testing no longer shows up on test results so I cannot read the reports. please bring this feature back.

MyChart Bug
The MyChart feature basically doesn’t work. On WiFi, off WiFi, restart phone, etc. it just loads and loads and loads.

Everytime tj try to access my account messages or labs it says error to try again but will never let me access it

Thru the years providence hospital has always been there for me. My first hospital stay was in 1959 I had appendicitis. All the doctors and nurses go above and beyond with their care of patients
