Easy enough
Convenient way to refill Rx that can’t be done through pharmacy; see lab results; exchange messages with providers; keep track of all upcoming appts within Providence system; and make appts for Express Care clinic. Would be great if able to schedule appts with some providers whose office is known to have long call “hold” wait times.

I Love Providence!
I really love the care that I receive every time. I am here at St. John’s. I come in once a month for a follow up care for my NF2. Everyone on the team makes me feel so safe and cared for and I love the app that’s on my phone that helps me check in easily for my appointments and then helps me understand and monitor all of my test. Everyone deserves five stars here on the team. I’m so grateful for the best care.

For quite some time now it’s impossible to make an appointment on the app. Furthermore, every time you try to message your care team the app crashes.

I left my last Health Care Company after just one phone conversation with Providence Orthopedic Dept! I scheduled a visit & was just as pleased in person as I was on the phone booking. Dr King and his staff are so professional & friendly snd definitely helpful. I scheduled my complete knee replacement surgery & have been very pleased with the outcome& every appointment since!!! MyChart an Effective Tool
Aside from being a convenient, online application, MyChart it’s a practical and effective application to communicate with the different medical providers within one network. I can easily access all of my medical records, schedule appointments, look up at current and past prescriptions, doctors evaluations, and I receive timely reminders of annual, preventative care exams from the comfort and mobility of my cellphone. I love it!!
