Works great!
I’ve been using Provision for about five years now, the app works great, I know it improved a lot in the recent years, the resolution is amazing with 4K, super easy to play back, and back up and share videos.
Keeps crashing
This app desperately needs improvement. It crashes for days and sometimes weeks. Not reliable at all.
Theme not colourblind friendly
The app colour theme is not easy for me to navigate as a colour blind person. Please consider this in your future UX/UI design process going forward on all your software. Thanks

App not working
Ever since the last app update, I find my cameras randomly stop working via the app. I have the app installed in 2 Apple device and both have the same problem. I have to delete and reinstall the app then log back in.

Worst app ever. Never works, log me out for no reason, cannot log back in.
2 way talk stopped working
Everything was fine until the new update and now the two-way talk on IP cameras does not work. Please fix it.
Disappointed
Use to work great. Between 3 locations it will either not show all the locations, or cameras. Buffers constantly. Lags when watching play backs if it will playback anything. Poor quality.

Funziona egregiamente ma alcuni bug sono da sistemare. L’opzione di lancio automatico non va e con rete Iliad non va.

Frustrated
The cameras have trouble loading to play back and now I can’t adjust the speed of playback. Everything is super fast that I cannot adjust nor see what’s being reviewed. It was really good for a brief period. Very brief. Spent far too much on these commercial grade cameras for poor quality playback! So frustrating!!!!

It has been working totally fine for a good part of 2 years, and now, all of a sudden, all my cameras are “offline.” Nothing I do in the app fixes the issue, and I restarted everything. Cameras are on it’s this trash app that isn’t working
Intuitiva ma scomoda
L’applicazione è intuitiva ma si scollega con facilità. Molto spesso capita proprio quando sei in vacanza che si scollega diventando inutile al bisogno.

Please better the camera quality for Rewinding and back play please and the running time is so slow when trying to play back videos
Horrible, outdated app
Such a pity that Provision didn’t spend the time and money on their app side. Their hardware has always been good, but this app is lagging behind its competitors
