App does not work been trying to file a claim for several days and it will not let me. Pointless app!!
This App Stinks
Never works. Been trying to file a claim for weeks now. It’s like they purposely make it difficult so that they don’t have to pay out..
Losing $1000 due to incompetence
I need to upload documented proof of a hospital visit to receive a $1,000 hospital indemnity benefit, but they won’t let me upload both on the app and on the website!!!
Cannot login
Keep receiving message “cannot connect to authentication server” when trying to login.
Doesn’t work
App does not recognize login credentials most of the time. On the odd occasion it does login, the app freezes on half the pages requiring a restart with no guarantee of being able to get back in. Sadly, the website isn’t much better
Don’t Bother
Arguably the most pointless app in the store. Claims aren’t tracked between my benefits app and my benefits online. You’re essentially downloading an app that takes you online to your benefits. Just look online.
Not user friendly
App doesn’t work correctly. I’ve tried it several times over a period of time. I may have to switch my coverage to another provider if I can’t find my benefits
No access
I’ve tried over and over to get this app to work. It’s literally useless. And I really need it!
App freezes
Wow. What happened here. This app used to work great now. It does nothing but freeze up. I can’t get in or even reset my password. Now I can understand the 2.3 rating absolutely horrendous
Update needed on the app
My app is showing that the app needs an update. I am unable to update. Please advise. Thank you
App not working
I’ve been trying to use the Prudential app for the past few weeks, but it hasn’t been functioning at all. I’ve tried reinstalling and updating the app, but nothing helps. This has been incredibly frustrating, especially when I rely on it for timely account access. Hoping Prudential addresses these issues soon.

I have tried everything and I cant get the app to work. Unable to connect to authentication service. I checked and double checked my info is right and yes I can login on the web just not this app.
