Good luck logging in
I would like to file some wellness claims, but it is impossible to login. I have tried resetting my password with every possible workaround you can think of and every time I get to the password recent screen, it doesn’t let you save and advance. I have called their customer support multiple times and every time I tell them what I did to try and reset my password and all they every say is, “I am going to send you a password reset email.” As if I hadn’t just told them I tried that a dozen times. Absolutely useless platform and support.
