User reviews

I like where this can go!

Lots of potential but overall experience needs work. Doesn't look like it can pull in historical data or nutrition pull from Apple health. then i went for 7 miles run and it only gave me lightly strained. I'll stick it out for a while to see if it can improve bc i love what it can be!

Response from developer

Hi sydboo, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review, we really appreciate the feedback and are glad you see the potential! A quick note: Prysm should be pulling historical data and nutrition from Apple Health, so it's possible not all HealthKit permissions are enabled. You can check under Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Prysm and make sure everything is toggled on. That said, we'll investigate on our end regardless to make sure nothing is off. If you have any other ideas, feedback, or bugs to report, please email us at Support@MarianiGroup.app we're always seeking out active feedback so we can keep improving the app.

Powerful Tool

I honestly didn’t realize how much I needed this app until I started using it. The layout is clean, the features are robust, and it feels very well thought out overall. Being able to track fasting alongside my biomarker data and view correlations over time would really elevate the experience. This addition would make the app even more powerful for users focused on metabolic health.

Seamless with Apple Watch

I almost never write reviews, but this app really impressed me. It’s been incredibly consistent and intuitive, and the insights line up well with how I feel day to day. Using it with my Apple Watch has been seamless and genuinely helpful.

This should be built into iPhone

The way this app blends sleep, recovery and stress is something Apple should’ve done years ago. It almost feels like a missing default app that finally connects my body to my data!

Response from developer

Thank you for such a thoughtful review. It’s incredibly meaningful to hear that the app feels like a natural extension of your health data, that’s been our goal from day one!

Great overall for my health

Great insight into my health in and out of the gym
