The app never works and I have to reset the password each time I use it. It isn’t convenient whatsoever and you can never use your rewards because you have to reset the password by email in a hurry each time you use it.

You won’t get the discount on fuel if your card isn’t linked to the app. Sorry not going to happen, I’ll delete the app first.
Doesn’t work anymore
Sitting on 14,000 points I can’t redeem because I keep getting a bad gateway error when trying to log in. App says I have 0 points although I have a email that states the date they expire and that date is not here yet …
Aggravating
I really like the people that work there, it's frustrating how the app repeatedly logs you out, and has an "enable notifications" bar each time it's opened. (I've got them on) Keeps freezing and locks me out again. I’ve submitted this to them via the app, but never heard back.
Total scam
The app never lets me in. It constantly prompts to reset my password then when I enter the new password it just spins and returns to the main menu. My son has the same issue and is sitting on 30,000 points he can’t redeem.
Got kicked
As title says I got kicked out of the app and now it won’t let me log back in. Yes it’s the correct log in information but it just spins before going back to the main screen.

They locked a lot of people out of their rewards account so you can’t redeem anything I’ve called several times and nobody can seem to help me get my account back with all my rewards since their update even the workers say way to many people lost their rewards
Was good
The newest update nags you to turn on notifications every time. And it won’t take my Google Voice number. But with their competitors I can pay from my phone and get more cash back with Apple Card, so I guess I just have to change my routines.
Could use updates
Not a bad app, it works as expected. I wish they’d add a feature to review purchases made using our rewards ID. This would be helpful especially to see how much you’re spending on gas over a period of time. If they added this feature, I’d change my rating to 5 stars.
