Love them, dislike the app
It constantly times out when I’m trying to log in.
Everything I’ve read said I should be able to use Zelle - but there’s a limit on the amount I can spend, even though it is coming DIRECTLY from my account, because the app says Bank Not Verified.
And when I try to verify - I get timed out. Very frustrating.

Pretty good! Zelle still doesn’t work

Enrollment is broken
App is useless because it doesn't let you enroll. No matter what I enter when it asks me to select a User ID, it will say "Invalid User ID" and will not let me continue, even when what I entered satisfies all of the specified criteria.
Don’t know what I’d do without it.
This works great for me. I love being able to do my banking any time of day. The photo deposit is wonderful. Moving money around is easy. Staying on top of my transactions and bills is a breeze. No issues. Thanks!

I can’t even fill out the feedback form that pops up in the app, it gives me a weird error message every time I try to submit it.

The app was not functional when I joined PSCCU a few years ago, like I basically couldn’t log in. When I emailed them about this they told me the new app would be up in October of that year, but they didn’t launch it until 6 months to a year later.
The new app does work better and we can actually log in now, but I think it’s been like two years since then and there’s still bugs. It has never showed my credit card transactions.
I’m looking into switching to a different credit union at this point. They’re constantly “updating” their website too, and it’s always an ordeal and doesn’t really improve anything. I want a credit union that can do it right the first time.

Works great!
Works great on the iPhone 14 iOS version 16.7 also the iPad (6th Gen, version 16.6.
Unusable
Have talked to their customer support three times and still not able to log on. At this point I wonder if since the app is so bad if their security is bad too. Maybe better to not risk using it.

This app is wonderful. Very easy to navigate and has everything you need to take care of your banking.

This app has never worked. Whatever they are paying their developer (with our money) is either not enough or way too much. Just use the browser page.
Crashes immediately and no updates
I was so excited when PSCCU introduced a new app but this one is worse than before. It crashes immediately and they never update it.

Buggy, awful layout, constantly times out. The previous app was even worse. It’s baffling why PSCCU can’t hire a decent developer.

After having login issue since new release, decided to reenroll with user name and password and account in from laptop login. It worked. Only use account for savings so daily log in isn’t necessary.

Worked well for 3 days
Fails to launch now. I delayed submitting this negative review for many days, assuming the problem would be solved. Not yet, I see.
New App stopped working
I installed the app and it was working but the transactions for my renewable energy loan are in a weird order. First is last year's stuff from 2021 then you see most recents. App crashes now each time I open it. Won't login at all. Comes up then automatically crashes. I removed it and put it back on and it worked for a few hours then began crashing. App needs some bugs fixed otherwise promises to be a good app.

Does Not Work
When trying to login, the app informs one that the username and password are inaccurate, but one can login with the exact same username and password to the website without problem. Clearly the app has a problem.
