Always have issue to login. Keep getting alert of couldn’t process request. It’s frustrating.

The crooks at PSEG can’t even get their own app to work properly. Attempts at paying bills randomly don’t go through, viewing bills fails to work half the time, and for reasons unknown it is still impossible to sign up for automatic payments without contacting their useless customer service (who haven’t been able to get it right in 2 years).

ROLLBACK THE UPDATES
Ever since you updated this app the beginning of the summer, it’s been nothing but problems and DOES NOT WORK. It’s unusable in its current form.
FaceID and trying to use a password manager to login DOES NOT WORK.
Switching apps to pull up my password from a password manager and then returning to the app results in the app blanking out my username and password fields.
Even when the app was working like 3 months ago, it showed “Expired Fusioncharts License” for days, and when that finally got fixed, I still cannot view my usage charts in any meaningful way (the “day” chart goes back like 3-4 days only, useless). This are rookie mistakes.
Whatever scammer “developers” you hired (or contracted out) to build this app should be fired and barred from calling themselves app developers, this is all stuff that should be caught in BASIC QA.
Get it together.

No more “compare rate “tool
No more compare rate tool after update
Support is awful
App was working fine until until it stopped. Support was no help. Finally saw an update. Applied that and now it’s letting me in again.

It’s an awesome feature very helpful very accurate. Also easy to use. In all honesty considering I have no alternative energy service option, pricing and cost for service this App is expected!!!

Faulty update

Can’t login using password managers
The app works fine but somehow I need to enter user and password manually . It won’t let me enter credentials using 1Password or copying and pasting. Very annoying.
Bug fixes 😂😂😂
I think this is like the 3rd round of fixes in a week or so. Can finally log in and am not blocked out by a “you must update message” but now facial recognition is completely gone. Not even “remember username” is working.

So dumb. Can’t stand when companies do stupid stuff like not allowing password managers to fill in login details or disabling the ability to paste. Uninstalling app and just using website because of dumb stuff like this.

7/28 - Bug Fixed the requirement to update…but now the MFA doesn’t work and says “there was an error processing your request.” I know one day this app will work, but who knows when.
7/21 - Stuck in an infinite loop. Deleted app because it wasn’t letting me login. Redownloaded it from App Store and after opening it it says we made an important update to the app…update now. But I have the latest version. Can’t use app otherwise.

Stuck in the loop message that there is an update but clearly there is not.
Won't let you login
Wouldn't let me login starting last week, even though the website works, now the app just keeps telling me it needs to be updated even though it has no updates.

This app is constantly saying password is wrong then letting you know days later or now it’s saying update when there is no update and it won’t let you sign in because it’s claiming you need to update… it’s horrible
