7/28 - Bug Fixed the requirement to update…but now the MFA doesn’t work and says “there was an error processing your request.” I know one day this app will work, but who knows when.
7/21 - Stuck in an infinite loop. Deleted app because it wasn’t letting me login. Redownloaded it from App Store and after opening it it says we made an important update to the app…update now. But I have the latest version. Can’t use app otherwise.

Stuck in the loop message that there is an update but clearly there is not.
Won't let you login
Wouldn't let me login starting last week, even though the website works, now the app just keeps telling me it needs to be updated even though it has no updates.

This app is constantly saying password is wrong then letting you know days later or now it’s saying update when there is no update and it won’t let you sign in because it’s claiming you need to update… it’s horrible

This app is stuck on UPDATE. It is locked and you cannot get into your account. Hurry up and fix the problem immediately please.
App Update not working
Unable to see account or make payments due to the app update. Every time you click “update now” it directs you to the App Store which does not have an option to update.

Seems the update won’t allow me to update. Not sure how long it will take to work. Thank God I can still depend on my email to inform me of my bill.

Trying to open the app , a break out windows says to update, click continue, bring me to app stop and there is only a open button to select, there is no update selection, can’t use the app now because of this , fix this ASAP!!

The Apple don’t let me login. Every time I try to login it tells me to update the app even though it doesn’t give me an option too. I’ve deleted it installed it and it does not give me an option to update the app.
