Once you enter your interests, there is not way to start free exploration of the app. You’re forced to pay the subscription without even knowing what you’re paying for

Great App but a Sleep Timer would be nice to have so the app stops when your asleep

Needs improvement
The app is great from what I’ve seen so far. I just wish there was an option to adjust the speed of the stories just like most listening apps.

I love this app. It has a variety of relevant articles. Simple and concise. Easy to understand and remember as well as informative. I love that you can pick what article you want to read or listen to. Thank you for your hard work!!
My reignited love…AND it’s free
After the OG curiosity app got canned by Discovery.com, I was in mourning. What else would I do to kill company time in the bathroom and still feel productive? This app finally is the solution. It’s not only fun, but reignites the passion for obtaining useful knowledge and miscellaneous trivia people I had. Far better than doom scrolling.

Minor suggestions
I use this similarly to a podcast app, and it works nicely. But there seems to be no way to mark sections as read, or visually tell which sections you’ve already listened to and which ones you haven’t.
I’d also appreciate a chime to indicate when a new section is starting, because the content all runs together with no transition between the sections.
The AI-voice sounds nice, but sometimes he pronounces words or numbers oddly. For example 2,300 is pronounced “two three hundred” instead of “twenty-three hundred” or “two-thousand three hundred”. Little mispronunciations like that.
Overall, I’m enjoying the content and learning new bits of trivia.

Wow! I love this app.
A mediation for knowledge seekers. I’m always looking to learn new things, but often it can be a tedious process. Curiosity provides all the substance condensed, without all the unnecessary fluff.
Great app can be even better with few changes
The app is amazing, very nice interface also. There are few suggestions though.
It would be great if the whole article was in black text instead on just one para at a time.
Also please give the option to have a plain background (maybe with few basic colours too). Picture in the background can be distracting at times.
Plus, please provide the option to save/bookmark articles so that it can be referred later.
These changes would make it a perfect app.

I was looking for an app that help me learn new things for free, so far I haven paid anything. And this app is well done the interface(how it looks) is good. I also I like the narrator and the fact that you can read it yourself if you want
My brain craved this
Since the old curiosity app stop being available (not sure if there is any relationship between the two) I have been craving for an app like this; an app where I can learn, be challenged with new ideas, and do so right before bed without having to spend a lot of time - and this was it! I absolutely love it! I wish I could give it 100 stars because I would even though I just started using it. Thank you for bringing this app to life and if you ever need a tester for any new features, think about me 😁

Awesome content but a suggestion
The content is amazing and a great feed. It is so simple, concise yet so clear. Thanks. I would like to explore more topics than the initial three that I could choose. How can I add more or change the initial selection.

No new content?
I haven’t had the app for long but every time/day I open the app, it still has the same 12 or so stories. I can’t find new content on the homepage or search for anything else.

Thanks for your feedback :) We're adding 100s of content pieces everyday and the recommender system is designed to ensure that you have new content available on every open. Unfortunately you have not had this experience, which seems to be a bug that we'll immediately look into.

fun concept, subpar implementation
interesting concept, was looking for something exactly like this, but images don't seem to be loading and images take up a significant amount of real estate on the ui so its quite unfortunate that 90% of the space never loads.

One of the best apps for learning small facts even when one doesn’t has time . Readable , audible very informative plus interesting with pics as well as text . Some of the facts which I was not aware are known to me now and I am waiting to know more .
