Such a great app!
Wondering if there is a tutorial on all the things you can do with it. I'm slightly confused on how to log some things.

Great Tool RUINED
OLD REVIEW: Absolutely would recommend! Psychonautwiki is one of my favorite resources
NEW REVIEW: App is horrible after update. Subscription ruined it. Delete this app.

Works great, with a catch
This app works great, it’s well designed very functional and honestly there’s nothing else quite like it. Very helpful for tracking your medications, other substances, times, or learning some information related to it.
The developer really put a lot of time and effort into it which I’m considering when I bring up my next part- it was always free to use for years apparently and around six months ago an update released which basically requires a subscription to use the app beyond extremely basic functionality. It is noted that the dev was/is willing to help people out with a temporary pass for people who can’t afford it, however- I think it would be better if there could be an option to either pay for subscription OR have an ad supported tier that is fully functional as opposed to limiting the functionality or paying. I think the developer did work very hard and created a masterpiece, and deserves to see some money for his creation- but should give us the option for an ad supported option if we can’t pay for a subscription. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

App has lost everything that even made it good
This app used to help me a lot with harm reduction and can even say a life saver for everyone I introduced it too, now with the whole subscription thing it’s become basically unusable, and all the useful information and tools in the
app are practically gone, the app just sucks now, bring back what made the app great and just give us ads if yall want to profit

Subscription for this??? PsyLog Journal is free, install it thru TestFlight. GREEDY DEV!!!
I really liked this app for like two weeks, until I hit a paywall. You are required to pay if you want to log more than three substances. There’s no active service being provided that warrants a subscription, it’s literally only for the access. Who would pay $70 or $20/yr or $3/month for that?? Greed over harm reduction ig✌️I found thru Reddit this app called PsyLog, gotta get it thru apple’s TestFlight since the app is still technically in development. Very similar app which serve the exact same purpose, but those devs have morals and will never charge for harm reduction. I’m doing this on my own accord because I’m disgusted by this level of greed by these devs. Y’all should be ashamed. So many more user friendly ways to make revenue off this app, but instead y’all lazy mfers slapped a subscription onto it. Literally for an app that’s basically MS Excel in a proper UI.

horribly dangerous new update
it is so incredibly disappointing to see the new update where you have to pay to enter more than 3 substances (or your 3 most used if you've been using it since before the update). this change is clearly exclusively cash motivated and sets a very dangerous precedent for a harm-reduction app. poly-substance users deserve harm reduction and easily accesible drug safety information within the app too, and for an site that focuses on substance information and harm reduction this is a dangerous and disgusting decision.

disappointed to see this app turn into a cash grab
i used this app religiously for 3 years on an almost daily basis until the recent update made it completely useless without paying. I don't mind supporting the development but paywalling long time users out of nowhere and hiding the open source repository is unnecessarily hostile for an app that pretends to promote harm reduction.
i say cash grab because the app was already feature complete, never updated, and has no infrastructure costs (it's completely offline/local). I've switched to using a clone made of the open source repo before the code was hidden which works completely fine, exemplifying how gross the developer's actions have been.

Why does every app need a subscription over the past few years? It’s $3 CAD a month and I’m stupidly paying for it because the free version is unusable unless you only log 3 substances max.
Used to be amazing, new updatehas ruined it
The new update has made it so that you’re only able to input your 3 most used substances, which is not only annoying, but also possibly dangerous as I use the app to make sure that I’m not using to often. The only way to get around this is by paying, which was never the case beforehand, I understand that they need money to support the development of the app, however the way they’ve done it, completely ruins the app for me.
I also recently reinstalled the app after switching phones and found out that you're not able to select the limited choice you have, after importing my old data, I've come to find that I'm unable to select any at all, this app is fall from grace

helps the people
keeps me on track, keeps me accountable and keeps me safe. love this app!!
Paywalled app
It was free but as it got more popular they paywalled it. Uninstall it
Paywall is MAJOR disappointment
This app was meant for harm reduction, and putting the amount of substances that could be journaled behind a monthly paywall is a cold shoulder to everyone who gave your app exposure and supported you. It is like laughing in the face of harm reduction. There is no excuse for making this app have a monthly fee paywall. It's not even the point that it's now inaccessible to people who can’t afford it. You could have made another app or found another way to make money. Your decision to paywall is another reminder that not everyone is a comrade, and that people in tech who claim to care about our wellbeing or harm reduction will prioritize their own interests above the security of others.

Amazing App. Amazing Dev.
Fantastic app.
I take a few prescriptions for mental health and always use this app before trying any new supplements. It lets me track exact dosages and timing—no more guessing.
My job requires deep focus while reviewing credit reports, bank statements, and investment accounts, and I used to think I could feel when my medication was kicking in or wearing off. Turns out I was wrong. This app shows me precisely when it takes effect, which helps me plan my work and actually use my medication effectively.
On top of that, the developers are absolutely amazing. After I mentioned some current financial hardships, they generously gave me a free year subscription—completely unexpected and incredibly appreciated. That kind of support and humanity is rare.
Highly recommend this app and the team behind it.

Dev Cares More About Lining His Pockets Than Harm Reduction
Now you have to pay to log more than 3 substances. I’ve used this app forever, and now I’m stuck with the 3 things I USED to take because those have the most entries. This app went from being about harm reduction to a means of lining the dev’s pocket probably at the cost of a few lives, and many more people’s personal well being. Scummy and sleazy.

Pay to use???
It’s been free for YEARS, but now you have to pay to log more than three substances. What a total letdown… I deleted the app immediately as soon as I saw the prompt.
Ridiculous subscription fee for a free website
Insane to start charging for this, when the functionality is already there, and there are no ongoing data costs as it just pulls from the wiki itself for info.
Greedy jerks
They went subscription based, this helped out so much now it’s useless
Added subscriptions to harm reduction
Used to be free for years. Now you have to pay a subscription to track 3 items. Not worth it anymore and you're better off using your own paper and pen. And to think I used to glaze this app
