Intermittently works
This app stopped working well for me 6-12 months ago. I am up to date with iOS and all app updates, and have notifications enabled so I don’t miss anything, but I constantly miss messages about class changes unless I remember to go into the app and check before every class. Occasionally I get notified about a new message from my trainer but usually not. Two to open image also does. not. work. Not a big deal, I’d rather message notifications worked. I’ve contacted PT Mate and they were able to get it working, for a couple of weeks, then it stopped again. I give up and now just manually check before every class. But it’s been irritating me for ages.

Great service and product. I’m new to the App world for my Pt business and Melony has made the transition easy. Very supportive the ongoing support is amazing! It has all the features and brining our new updates all the time,

Topnotch app and assistance
I have looked high and low for an app that “does it all”. I have been in the PT industry for a long time and been manual inputting my data but have reached a point where I can no longer handle the workload. I needed to find an app that handled the financial burdens, scheduling & preferably did programming as well, I truly felt like I was going to need to spend hundreds a month on multiple platforms and fortunately for me found PT Mate! I jumped on a zoom call with Melony and what a ride! She has been nothing short of incredible! Melony eased my mind with all of my all of my racing thoughts and questions and she has truly made my day to life EASY with this app! Thank you PT Mate! I wish I had have jumped over earlier! No more clumsy books and wondering who’s paid or who’s scheduled, easy peasy! Make the change today!

Melony and PT Mate, where have you been all my life? This app is the real deal, I’m consolidating all of my apps across to PT Mate and the service thus far has been nothing short of exceptional. The app is so easy to use (both business and member portals), and all of the features are incredible. Mel is so helpful, friendly and quick to respond when I’m in need of help. I’ve felt so supported in this handover, technology and change doesn’t seem so scary with Mel on your side! Best business decision I’ve ever made! 🙌
