Scammer apps
I want to buy gold bar. Upon check up, the apps didnt mention regarding method of payment, just say upon placing order, need to pay within 3 days.
Then after placing order, when i want to pay, the option was bank transfer only. Like whattt??? No credit card option. Suddenly if cannot pay, need to pay 10% cancellation fees or my account will be suspended.
Upon placing order didnt mention need to pay cancellation fees. Like purposely want customer to order then if cannot pay can collect cancellation fees. Great business model.

I walked up to one of their atms since i was curios. The lady greeted me and i had to sit down for 10 minutes to put my info in. Not only that, one of her colleagues took my photo without my consent.
If you want gold shares your banking app and ewallet already has those features.

FIX YOUR APPS
cant login bcs this apps said I put the wrong password (even i already put the correct one) , after I changed my password and tried to login again, still can’t login and now i cant login bcs I already tried 5 times !

I lupa pssword, and then renew. Lepas 5 kali I tried dia lock me out, tukar la password banyak kali pun. Takkan boleh masuk account you dah. Dengan alasan 5 kali dah try password tak dapat. Bad app. What a waste of time, thank God I pulled my gold out already or else we will be having a different discussion. Asked to change password, changed already, and still cant enter account. Fix the issue.

User interface
Please improve the user interface and user experience. It takes too long to load the next page. It’s also hard to check the current gold price—whether it’s going up or down. Maybe you could add pop-up notifications like “Gold price is higher than yesterday” or “Gold price dropped by RM**.**”.
I’m a first-time gold buyer, but after seeing the app, I immediately lost interest. It just doesn’t motivate me.

cannot update to latest version

I know PG for quite sometime now the reason i don't want to invest and use the app is because the app is very outdated especially the ui part please please make this app better. I encounter some issue where at my profile the phone number part i can't edit the number
WHY CANT I CANCEL THE AUTO TRANSACTION
Like the title read. I cannot and have been trying to cancel my auto transaction for my monthly pgold buy. I no longer want to user pgold. And the apps/helpdesk is useless is answering anything i needed help with.

very dissapointed with the service. take so long time to refund our money back into our bank. must wait until 28days. even more than 28days still dont get it. poor apps. Submit ticket neither can't solve the problem.

Many issue when use this app, example if want sell at gram, will display error first.

Good but can be better. I like how PG expose the GAP gram amount. Easy to see and its motivating to save more gold!
