VERY DISAPPOINTED
Worst car ride EVER, this car service app never failed me, there was always the best drivers sent to me. But today, I got the worst driver named Andres, he charged me $4 for bringing my little dog, and my dog was in a dog bag. Andres said “next time I won’t drop you off” in Spanish, which was so rude and I replied with “oh” and he apologized. No dog hair was shedded because my dog doesn’t SHED, but i wasn’t gonna be rude and say I’ll get another driver. This is why I’m not ordering from this car service app again. whoops it isn’t the apps fault to be honest. It’s the driver.
