It’s convenient and cheaper to buy in Greece online then in physical shop in Georgia. That’s strange and please make equal prices in this countries
Alles in einem sehr gut
App funktioniert prima, die Vorschläge sind gut und es passt sich sehr schnell deinen Wünschen an. Leider ist die Anmeldung super schlecht gemacht da sich die App sehr oft aufhängt und man sie dann schließen muss und wieder öffnen, manchmal auch deinstallieren und wieder installieren. Es wird einem der Code per email geschickt, tippt man den ein und drückt auf „weiter“ dann passiert nichts oder es lädt nur ohne das was passiert. Trotzdem super App

new customer discount is a lie
I saved the app signed up for notification newsletter etc. not received a welcome discount, contacted the customer service, they said it applies to your basket and you need to make sure no other promotion items in your basket, I did that got to payment page, no discount applied.. i had to put back in my promotional items and made my purchase in the end, what a load of nonsense and the most painful first shopping experience. i really liked one of the items that’s why I purchased what I purchased but i am not planning to shop from this website/app again. (lets hope the items fit well as I don’t want to deal with their refund process either knowing they cannot even manage to give the discount code which they promised!!

I am asked to login to the app each time i open it. So frustrating

Absolute horrible business. I requested a return and they did not process it. This multi millionaire business took my money and refused to give it back. Their customer service is horrible too. They are very rude and do not listen to your concerns. Do not order from this business! Do not waste your money either! They will scam you out of your money and blame it on you!

No promo code
Their website say you will get 10% discount for downloading the app, but the discount is not applied in the app or emailed. Very misleading.

Wollte nur 1-2 Sachen kaufen, inzwischen besteht 70 Prozent meiner Klamotten daraus. Einfach diese Preis stabil und da sind die Sachen die man sucht die ich aber nirgends gefunden hab yani stark. Kommt gute bei chayas
Errors in site
The women’s pant sizing chart for inseams is wrong. When you click on short it gives the length for tall. Also, I downloaded the app to get 10% off but when I opened the app there was no way of accessing the 10%. The promotions section was blank
Lies about discount
I downloaded the app to get the 10% off and nowhere was there available to get the code? I even subscribed to the newsletter and was not given a 10% of Code. The ones I found on the Internet didn’t work.

For a high end fashion brand not bad prices. Basic but nice styles though.
