Doesnโ€™t load

This app just loads and loads but never lets me in. When I try to login on the website, it tells me I need to use the app. It has hurt my business by not being able to help customers with upcoming purchases.

Update Needed Message Wonโ€™t Go Away

I already updated my app but I still get a need update message and my app wonโ€™t launch anymore. The old Pulse was so much more user friendly. Itโ€™s much harder doing daily tasks and now the app doesnโ€™t work at all. :(

Wonโ€™t open

I have update Pulse 10 times and it still wonโ€™t open! This is very frustrating! I update it then when I click on open. It immediately switches to update need

I couldnโ€™t live without this App!

I am constantly away from my laptop but no big deal because I have Penny to keep me up to date with customer orders coming up so I can remind my customers to update their cart if needed!
I count on this App to keep me organized in my busy world. Thank you Penny for the help!

Has never worked

Unable to do my business on my phone. Just takes me to get started page that goes back and says itโ€™s looking for my information and never. Useless. Website wonโ€™t let me work without using the app. Has taken my business from mobile to home-based only
