Randomly disconnects & F’s w/you & ur settings

I would not ever, even after my death, recommend a TopDon product.
The PulseQ AC has:
- no power-failure restart
- it’s own engine to F with you randomly
- unexpected re-login requirements
- false “All done!” decisions, often at ~47%
- inability to continue charging after deciding car is full at 47%
- when connected, power-cycle will not auto-restart again
- no ability to “top up” if car is being used while plugged in
- a mind of it’s own, not on your side
- “binding” and “unbinding” required to work
- a very, very stupid app
- UNfriendly user hardware settings out of the box

Charger turned into a brick

Topdon seems not to keep up with iOS updates. My charger worked fine and I was very satisfied with it until I changed Internet service providers and the charger is unable to connect to the new network. Every smart device in my house from security systems to lightbulbs is able to connect to my Wi-Fi router. The charger can see the network, but because Topdon hasn’t upgraded the app, it can no longer perform the local network information configuration.

Latest version doesn’t work!

Unable to start charging or schedule charging on the home screen if you start a charge via plug-in play, and then hit stop. You can’t resume the charge. Also, it only seems to be charging at 15 A and not 40 as in the settings. The app doesn’t allow monitoring of the charge either. Incredibly disappointing.

Got worse with the new app

Previous app worked much better . WiFi issues and reset needed .

Please fix bug

The previous app worked perfectly fine for me. I upgraded my phone and now the app is no longer effective. This new app is unable to connect via Bluetooth.
