So relaxing
Love it. Qigong is the best form of exercise. It’s not to hard but it does challenge and it allows you to develop mindfulness and enhance your energy feeling and health.
Not reliable
I was using this app, which I liked. Suddenly I can’t download the movements, even I paid for Premium member. I sent emails to their support team but as of today I didn’t received any reply. Be careful with this app.

Excellent but a Big But
This is an excellent app, the sequences are fairly easy to follow except the later ones.
There is nice relaxing music to accompany the sequences BUT there is a major technical problem:
The big problem and it is very annoying is that after a few runs of the videos, they don’t work!
It says loading to 100 % but freezes there.
I noticed this with the first video in the relaxation selection (which is my favourite :(
I have mentioned this to support but so far got absolutely no response.
So what do I have to do? I have to delete it, reinstall it, sign in, redownload it….what a major headache!
Support please fix this issue before it gets worse.

DON’T BUY A SUBSCRIPTION
Don’t get me wrong, this is a great app. I enjoyed watching the free videos and found them very relaxing. I enjoyed it so much I paid for a yearly subscription to unlock the premium content but after taking my money the premium videos were not unlocked.
I contacted the support line for the developer several times but received no response. I tried logging out and back in, tried deleting and reinstalling the app but no, still no premium videos, just the free videos.
After contacting Apple, their initial advice was to contact the developer before they decided to give me a refund.
By all means make use of the few free videos available as these are very useful but don’t subscribe.

Why
Is this app for teaching people to exercise? Then why charging money? Martial art is supposedly to help people in a good way not is always about money. It is hard to find a good student to learn martial art so they can carry your traditions.
Charged my card?
I’m writing this in hopes that the developer will contact me. I love the 7 min practice and wanted to do the 7 day trial on this app. When I pressed 7 day trial it charged $54.49 to my credit card without asking which card or my permission. I am very interested but don’t see which plan was paid for and it didn’t open up premium for me as I can still only view 2 videos. I tried to contact you on my iPad and phone but the message is not sending. Please reply so that I can get started with my practice

Relaxing
I love this app. It has variety in length that allows me to choose a lengthy session or short for a quick morning routine. Easy to follow. Music and narrations are nice. Thanks for a good workout!!!

I’m new to Tai Chi so it took a while to learn some of the sequences.
It would be helpful if there were some videos to walk you through some of the moves if you are a beginner.
If you are familiar with Tai Chi however I don’t imagine you’ll have any problems.
The app itself is good with enough content to justify the subscription.
7 Minute Chi by the same developer is also good.

Excellent app / great ways to help heal and cope with pain
I wanted to find alternative ways of healing from post concussive headaches. I find that this app teaches me to be still in my body despite what pain I feel. I find a sense of calmnesss within my experience of pain when I engage in this movement meditation.
Simple and good
After trying it for a week or so I’ve just purchased premium. I’ve tried many many apps over the last couple of years, some were too advanced and some I couldn’t do as I have issues with my back. This app has simple videos, no fuss and no frills that you can follow. And I’ve enjoyed making this part of my morning routine. Hopefully at some point my body will stop creaking so loudly lol.

Приложение огонь 🔥, один недочёт: когда скачал урок и включаю его повторно, экран висит на 100% загрузки. Этот баг на iPad, на телефоне хорошо работает, но с телефона не удобно заниматься, плохо видно.

Really like the simplicity of these sessions.
The biggest battery drain I've ever seen
While this app is running, my battery percentage indicator drops 1% every three seconds or so. Even 3D games don't do that.
