Great Restaurant - Horrible App
I’ve been going to punch pizza since it opened in Highland. I have tried over and over again to use this app, and as a tech person, whoever made it made it horribly glitchy.
There’s gotta be something wrong with your database, API or backend because there’s no reason it should be this dysfunctional.

Am I crazy?
Not sure why, but I can’t get past the “choose location” screen; the app won’t let me click any particular location. Given that this place takes about 10 minutes to make your order if you walk in/order, I’d love to order ahead when taking out.
Would love to revise my review if the app actually worked.

Very Slow
Couldn’t even get my order to go through… it was so slow I ran out of the guaranteed time slot. Had to move to web to order.
Removed ApplePay Feature
The app used to have ApplePay as a payment option, but it now appears to be removed. The credit-card fields don’t prompt the keyboard to auto fill card information from the wallet, so it’s a process of going back and forth with copying and pasting. Feeling disappointed.
Broken
Won’t let you order. Can’t even select a location to order from the map. Doesn’t look like it’s been updated in a long time.
Order time fail
Love you guys, but your app needs work. Kept saying the order time wasn’t available, but didn’t give me new choices. So I had to keep guessing at future times to see what would work. It kicked me out for too many attempts before I found one.
The app changed our order :(
We order the same thing each time and have a saved order. I reviewed our order before placing it and it listed “no salt” for our 3 pizzas and the salad. After paying and looking at the confirmation it only listed no salt for the salad. I called the support number and was told I must have clicked something to take the salt off, I did not, the app will not let you change saved orders. The person at the call center said they would send a message to the location we were picking up from to make sure it had no salt. We arrived and the order was ready but only the salad was no salt. We were told we should have called the call center to get a message sent.
We were told we could give feed back through the app but when I click on the support link it takes me to the app creators website and when I click on contact us nothing happens. The staff at the restaurant were very nice and helpful, this all could have been avoided though if the app had functioned properly. Thank you.

Can’t create account
Lots of errors, can’t create a new account “operation failed” on iOS.

It’s just a shell for the website… no need to download the app
CVV field not compatible with Amex
This would be great but you can’t use it if you want to pay with an Amex since those security codes are 4 digits instead of 3. The CVV field in the app only allows 3 digits. Meanwhile we pay with Amex at punch all the time online. I’ll give this 5 stars once that’s fixed!
Buggy
The app is wicked buggy. It doesn’t let me submit data 1/2 the time and crashes.
So happy this came out!
Love the nice interface and how much easier this makes ordering!
