As the title said, This service is not valid anymore and just a scam now,Do Not Use.
Largest Ripoff online in Iraq
Since July 2025 or perhaps a few months before that they haven’t delivered any ordered products for any customer citing issues with third party billing services, and yet they still made it look like it was ok for you to order and the issue would be resolved within days. It’s past a year now and they have NOT refunded a single dinar to any customer. They closed off the comment sections on their public accounts and cut off every way to access customer support. I hope they get in legal trouble and go down really hard for this.

Good or Stealing?
You buy a product, they take your money, your purchase still pending for months, you ask for refund (they offer the refund in their app), they keep your money in the app as a digital coins, you never take them back. So Good, so stealing of So Good Stealing? :)

This app is a scam, i literally have proof of them stealing my money, and they never returned it to this day, been waiting 6 months

I warn you about Pure. Do not buy from them or deal with them. They are scammers. They take money from you smoothly, and then there is no order that reaches you or money that you get back. 😡😡 I paid for the order 5 months ago and I have not received the order or received my money back since then. Every time I ask them for my money, they start making excuses and silly arguments and postponing payment to another time. Now, after 5 months, I have lost my money and I have never received my order.😦 احذرو من التطبيق في العراق لا تشترون منهم ولا تتعاملون وياهم حسب تجربتي وياهم يستلمون فلوس منك بسهولة والطلب يتأخر شهور لمن تحاجيهم على طلب يظهر انه عندهم خلل والغوه بدون ما يبلغوك ومن وقتها وانا اطالب بفلوس الطلب الى الان ما رجعولي اياهم وكل مره اتواصل وياهم يأجلوني 10-12 يوم بحجة نبلغ فريق الاسترجاع وان شاء الله تستلمهم خلال 10-12 يوم وكل هذا الكلام كذب صار 5 اشهر على نفس الرنة ابحثو عنهم يوتيوب للاسف هواي ناس تحذر منهم ومو انا الوحيدة اللي اخذو فلوسي

Purchasing
I don’t recommend using this app because they will take your money and not buying you anything. When you tell them why this happend, they will make excuses and say their transaction system is the problem and when you ask for a refund they will say it will take a month to refund you. But that was also not true its been 3 months since i asked for a refund they didn’t refunded. Bad application and very bad services

تطبيق Pure Platform هو أسوأ تجربة تعاملت معها على الإطلاق. قاموا بسرقة أموالي وأموال غيري، ولم يتم توصيل الطلبات نهائياً، ولم يرجعوا أي مبلغ رغم اتخاذ الإجراءات بحقهم. خدمة الزبائن معدومة تماماً ولا يوجد أي استجابة منهم.
نصيحة من القلب: احذر جداً من هذا التطبيق، ولا تثق بهم أبداً.
