Oversold
This app is horrible. My remote was lost during a move and it costs a fortune to replace so I have to rely on this app. It constantly crashes, disconnects from my phone, and won’t allow me to edit alarms unless I remove the app completely and then download it again which gives me ONE chance to edit alarms or turn them on or off. If I need to adjust a time or turn one off for a day, I must again remove the app and start over.

This no longer connects to the bed over Bluetooth. So extremely aggravating. Tried resetting the bed, still no dice.
Powerbase stopped responding/connecting.
It’s been a couple years since purchase. For whatever reason, the powerbase stopped working today. Can no longer adjust it.
Revere software-Dissatisfied
App will not hold memory. Have to reboot each time an adjustment is made.

Plain and simple. It’s been years since this app worked with my over-priced bed’s over priced base.

This app isn't for you, it won't connect to your bed. Look for "Purple Smart Base" in app store
The app has no way to connect to my power base
The mattress, power base and its remote work fine together but this app has no way for me to connect to the power base. When I navigate to Bluetooth using Connection Wizard or Manual Connection and follow the prompts, I am met with the “Connected Devices: No Beds Connected” and “Nearby Devices: [BLANK]”. There is no way for me to input anything via QR code or text fill, rendering the app useless. I’ve also tried this on the Reverie app and the same user experience occurs.

Purple remote using IPhone
Device very often does not sync with temperpedic bed or there is a long delay.

This app is absolute garbage. I can’t tell if the ratings are true to the app or just people raving about their bed. You would think that with all that money they make off individual beds they’d put some of that towards a good team to build the application! This thing is garbage

Randomly creates new alarms at random times, so you may experience having your mattress going to 90 degrees at 3:42 AM.

Love bed wish Lumbar, presets, and remote were updated
The App syncs very quick and it works good just want to be able to adjust lumbar to a degree and the remote seems like it would charge but dont think it does it should be a phone holder and speaker for alarm that would be the cream de la creme

Great update from the old PowerBase App. Connection is far superior than before as well. The mattress is just as great now as it was when I got it over two years ago. I’m so happy you added the Alarm function. One request though, can you add support for Siri Shortcuts? That would make everything absolutely perfect.

Does not work with new iPhone update
Remote worked well prior to the new IOS update. Now it does absolutely nothing and doesn’t even pair with the bed any longer. Update your app!
Remotes don't work
Mattress itself we are happy with. The remotes for the power base we are extremely dissatisfied with as they don't work 97% of the time. The ap works well enough but the plus and minus buttons escalate so quickly and it doesn't have the option the remote has for preset preferred positions. Thank you

We bought our bed a few weeks ago because my husband has suffered from a myriad of chronic aches and pains for years. After his recent shoulder surgery, we decided to try it and see if ANYTHING else could help the pain. The purple mattress and purple adjusts power base is definitely living up to its reputation. It has alleviated some of my husband’s back pain and his shoulders are also mostly improved. We love the massage feature, anti snore and zero gravity positions. He still snores a little, but no apnea! I don’t have to nudge him awake to breathe! The flat button is awesome in the morning for resetting to spread the bed! The sheets and duvet are lovely and soft and keep us cool and comfortable. The only quirks we’ve found are that the remote doesn’t work since we downloaded the app and paired our bases to our phones. Also accessing the massage is tricky on the phone screen for me. It takes the right kind of tapping or pressing to activate full body and also to stop the massage, and the timers on my app don’t work. We’re okay with that though. So far we have almost fallen asleep, but we have managed to stop the massage just before falling asleep! Well call tech support one day when we have time!!

Simple.. Dated.. Mediocre..
This app is a nice touch for my Purple PowerBase, however, is very dated and just okay. An update has NOT been given to this application for sometime, hopefully that will occur soon and add a better UI and functionality.
