Payment issue
I wanted to try out the app so I got the yearly plan for 22,99€ with a 3 day free trial. However, the money got instantly taken from my account and I have a subscription that lasts a year even though I just wanted to test the app in a free trial
Wish free trial was long
Seems really cool except I won’t be able to try for when I’m waking up for work unless I pay since I started the trial towards the end of my work week but ( 1 week free trial would have had my 5 star)

Change the strategy
I found you on TikTok. Guys, do you really think it's logical to do such a long test to find out later that the application can't be used for free? You just scare people away and they delete the app like me. I have to connect a subscription to find out if the application will suit me or not? I hope your startup will close or you will change something in your processes

I was super excited to get this app until I saw the payment fee. My biggest pet peeve is when apps cost money monthly/yearly. If it was like $20 to pay once I would do that in a heartbeat but otherwise it’s just too much. Very disappointed.

It said I had 3 days for free but it took 10€ directly from my account and I turned off the alarm with my loud but so that doesn’t work. I want my money back for real

Deep sleeper approved
I’ve been struggling to wake up for some time now I’ve tried numerous alarms, using multiple phones, heavy duty alarm clocks off Amazon, even the wife. This is the only alarm to get me out of bed, make sure your phone is on full blast and choose a wake up method that gets your blood flowing I always do the pushups and make it a decent number not some low number you’ll just go back to sleep after. The only sucky part is having to pay I do wish it was a bit cheaper but it works!

Wasted my time just for it to be a trial
I’d rather you put the subscription part at the beginning instead of wasting my time. Just be an upfront company or just have a nice enough heart that helping people across the world get they mornings right is good enough payment for you.
