Like the Store, Hate the App
The app never seems to work anymore. I constantly get a message that Jericho’s Personal Security needs to verify that I’m a human but it never does. When the app did work (which wasn’t often) the back button never worked forcing me to go back to the main screen and start my search all over again. I haven’t bought from them in months because I usually only shop using apps and there’s never works.

Terrible resource
This app allows you to send messages through a automated response system, and doesn’t really give you a timeframe as to when they will respond back. I placed an order on Sunday and was looking to get clarification as to when something would be Shipped and I still have yet to hear back as of Monday two days ago

Very difficult to sign in. When you press it does nothing.
Cool Site, App is Awful.
Like the title says, the site is awesome. Plenty of cool merchandise but the app itself is horrible. Very slow, doesn’t work right most of the time.

The app is insanely slow. Things take forever to load. It asks me to verify I’m a human when I click an item, only for it to have me stuck in a loading loop for it to verify I’m human. I’m not even buying anything, just looking at a design. Why am I going through all this? Then it takes forever to load again

Great Idea, But the App Needs Polish
Good concept and I like being able to browse and buy wrestling merch in one place, but the app still feels rough around the edges. It can be slow at times, navigation isn’t always smooth, and some pages take too long to load or don’t respond right away. Search and filtering could be better, especially when looking for specific wrestlers or promotions. Not a bad app overall, just needs performance improvements and some polish to feel more reliable day-to-day.

App takes too long to load. It crashes constantly, there’s no “back” feature. The app needs a major overhaul to be more user friendly.

The app use to be good and fast, great way to quickly shop for wrestling items while away from the computer, but lately it’s been very slow to load or log you in if you have an account. I had to stop using the app and use chrome on my phone to buy from the site.

App takes a long time to load anything. It doesn’t have easy login and logs you out arbitrarily. Promo codes don’t always work.

Literally nothing works on it. Also why on earth would you remove the currency option from your website? Bad app.
My app won’t let me do anything
It worked ok to start I picked shirts and put in my cart. When I went to check out I got the screen to verify that I’m a human and had to click on a box. I’ve done that about 30 times and it won’t move forward.
