Q-Bio Genesis: Stack Analyzer
SMILES to 5-axis risk profile
About
What's New in Q
2.9.0
October 26, 2026
• New: Tox21 in-vitro assay activity estimates. Each analysis now also shows a separate card with model estimates of activity in 12 Tox21 laboratory assays (nuclear receptor and stress response assays — laboratory cell and biochemical tests), each with the model's score on test compounds it never saw in training. The card is kept apart from the 5-axis profile, does not change your scores and uses no extra analysis from your monthly count. • Model card: tap Model card to see the training data, the test results for each assay, the intended use, the known limits and how to cite it. • How an estimate is made: a step-by-step illustration of how a chemical structure becomes an estimate, built into the app and shown offline. Open it from the result or from any axis detail. • What the new card means: these are estimates of activity in laboratory assays, not effects in people. • Reminder: Q-Bio Genesis is for research and education only. It is not a medical device and gives no medical advice.
