I need assistance
My account is connected to facebook but currently facebook is not working in the app, it’s been down for months now and still hasn’t been fixed. Even if I try to login with the same gmail, it isn’t registered and requires me to use facebook login which ,again doesn’t work so I am unable to use any of the services at all and right now I need to be able to access the app to process some much needed paperwork

Logs you out all the time even checking the remember me option. App is almost always down.

App is not working while traveling abroad. Showing unexpected error, status code 200, and was not able to pay my business tax. Frustrating for traveling businessman

The online payment is not working or unavailable.
More improvement pls
It get stuck in uploading some requirements. Even the proceed button doesn't appear. You need to do by flipping your phone and need to click something before it appears and especially once you're almost finished, that's the time you'll get stuck again. Then need to redo everything every day. Every hour every second. But there's no help. There's a certain time sometims where you can only open it. More more more improvement.

Was working before but now I cannot log in.

Paano makagagawa o makaka-apply ng id thru onl paano kung walang available na any valid id's aside sa tin id na wala kayo g option and naglagay kayo school id pero naka rejected pa rin, edi useless para sa amin na walang enough na valid id yung pag-apply onl.

MY REVIEW
Kailangan magreload ng paulit-ulit. Tapos nawawala yun naka-flash sa screen. Sobrang hirap gamitin ng mismong app. Hirap din magupload kahit updated naman yung app.

STUPID APP! YOU NEED TO UPLOAD SOME FILES THAT AT THE FIRST PLACE, THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE APPLYING FOR! HOW COME YOU’LL HAVE THAT CERTAIN DOCUMENT TO UPLOAD!!! THEY WILL ASK YOU TO DO AN ONLINE APPLICATION BUT THEY WILL NOT ASSIST YOU. THEN IF YOU DO IT ON YOUR OWN AND MADE A MISTAKE, THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE THE MOST STUPID PERSON THEY’VE EVER MET!

"Email already exist" always everytime i sign up. I used all of my gmail acc and i created new to use for signing up but same already exist. Please we all want easy access specially for this pandemic. Please fix your app/website.

Cannot Log In
Tried to log in using the single sign in option for google but I keep getting the error “Bad Response Format”
No synchronicity
A notice pops up that the apple ID is registered only with the QC eservices but nit with QC ID. Then it says clink on this link but it does not work. It keeps going back to ID application.
App not working
Updated the App and now it is not responding. A useless app. Too bad can’t put negative stars to rate. Fix this please!!!

Hindi ko mabuksan yung QCitizen ko nung last week pa ang sabi kasi kailangan ko raw i update tapos nung na update ko na then binuksan ko kulay puti nalang siya Kala ko baka nag rerefresh Lang pero isang oras ako naghintay ganon parin talaga, anyare 🤷♀️
Not easy to sign up when you are from qc
So awful to sign up even if you are from qc. So many requirements. When youve sent an id they still need more docs. Il just delete this. Not a good place to have technology as partner. I thought it should be easy. Been months ive applied but the evaluator is not an an easy to do verification. Such an awful app and website.

Good app! But...
As a QC resident, this app is so much useful and ahead of its neighbouring cities. But there are so much need to improve the app. UI is good though.
