Banner ads, really??
Don’t use. The coupons exist in store at checkout too.
They just recently added in banner space for online ads so they can collect ad revenue from sponsored products while getting you to use their advertisement of an app
They have the “digital” coupons available at checkout also, just use those.

This app is such a waste of time and a bad reason to collect data. They do not need to have this app to offer the deal, the member card should have been enough.
Scanning items in stores redirect you to the website not this app so it doesnt work.
Its impossible to sort coupons and its such a waste of time.

too slow & rarely works - fix it or don’t require discounts through app - losing sales

apparently I’ve only gotten these bad updated app version. it’s never worked properly. always seem to have to have cashier/Mgmt. do it manually. waste of time using app. QFC should either get it to work properly or don’t require shoppers to use app to get extra deals that just your member number can’t get you. you are losing so much in sales by not getting app to work properly. should’ve been fixed long time ago or somebody should be fired for not fixing & replaced by someone who can fix.
Albertsons app works much better, but still has its issues. low bar.

they keep updating this damn app
i got this app so i could use it OCCASIONALLY WHILE I WAS IN THE STORE which is like once a month. EVERY TIME I OPEN IT there IS AN UPDATE AND IT IS WORSE THAN THE LAST
Confusing but not unbearable
The layout isn’t very intuitive but it’s convenient for comparing prices before making a trip. I find the app hard to navigate and overly cluttered.
They added AI
I wish they had made it clear in the update notes. AI is so annoying. I wish I hadn’t applied the latest update. The app was fine without it.
What’s the point of mobile ordering if you can’t specify or buy products???
I rely heavily on the mobile ordering function and used to use it regularly. I don’t know WHAT happened in the last update, but it’s basically nonfunctional now. Any time I specify a backup and then submit my order, I re-open the order only to find my well-stocked backups on EVERY ITEM turned into “product not found”. Not only that, but items that are clearly listed as in stock and available while shopping are suddenly unavailable for DAYS at all times of day to the point where they can’t even be ordered despite having been successfully added to the cart with no low stock warnings. This is ridiculous, going back to in-person shopping with an old fashioned list.

The app is broken for Savings options!
The app does not display the savings options (weekly ad deals, digital coupons, redeem, etc) low enough at the top of the app to make them selectable, so the user can not use them at all! This happens on an iPhone as well as an iPad. Reproducible 100%! So, the app is unusable. Do you even test the app? Please fix this!

Frustrating user experience
Clipped coupons never actually sync to account for use in-store. App requires an update almost every other time I open it.
Completely useless now
The app has gotten progressively worse over the last few update cycles to the point where it’s literally useless. We have gone back to a manual shopping list because the app is that bad. When I add things to a list, they frequently don’t actually get added. The sorting by aisle doesn’t work at all. When I check something off the list, other things are checked off with it. What is going on? Are the dev and QA (if they even have one) teams really that incompetent? I NEVER leave app reviews but this is one we actually depend on for our daily lives so the fact that it has become utterly useless prompted me to speak up. FIX IT!!!

Terrible app
I’ve always used my QFC card for member discounts at the store but digital discounts appear as Clipped in the app, the discounts do not happen at register so I have to show the cashier the clipped deals on my phone. This is why I shop mostly at Safeway.
If I could give it NO Stars I would
I used to use specifically the QFC app. I have a long history shopping at QFC. All my shopping, points, lists have disappeared. The app will not load anything just sits there like a ghost. Please don't tell me to download the app cause I have. It didn't use to be like this a month ago. Also not everyone has or needs the latest and greatest phone. Even if I go to the webpage and log-in I get nothing. I can't access any coupons in my account. I'm disgusted.

Not well organized
Safeway Albertsons app much better organized. This app is very limited! This is why we seldom shop QFC
Pharmacy
I only use this to submit refills for prescriptions. In the old version of the app this worked 100% of the time. This version works 10% of the time. I submit an RX to get filled, go through the checkout flow (when to pick up, how to pay) it confirms it’s “in progress”. I see “in progress” multiple places. But a day or two later my script isn’t ready so I check the app and it’s no longer in progress. It’s like I never submitted it at all.

Shopping list function sucks!
Some people prefer the shopping list function not the Cart. It would be nice if the app worked like it used to where you can scan an item and add it to your shopping list not the Cart. The developers must not read these reviews because the only good reviews are over a year old when the app used to work.

Not working
The app won’t connect to the log in page. Completely useless app.
Digital coupon scanning is broken
QR code scanning should just clip the coupon for you. Instead it takes you to a separate browser window where you would have to login to do anything
Store pharmacy hours no longer available
The app no longer saves my local store. It now takes about a million taps to find the store locator, and when you finally manage to pull up your local store, you can’t view the store details to find the pharmacy hours. Talk to some real users please about how they’re using your app.
Wrong location, deals don’t work
We shop our local QFC infrequently as it selects a different store than local one. Deals don’t work at times when clicked.
Truly horrible
Every time this app is updated they make it more and more difficult to access your Kroger card so now you’re standing in line, because they won’t pay real people to bag your groceries anymore, so your pressing through God knows how many buttons as the machine yells at you to use your Kroger card. Truly a horrible experience that frustrates me every time I buy their overpriced groceries.
