Product good app garbage
The sensor product is good. The app is garbage. It’s the only way to contact product support. Mine decided I had no devices and therefore not entitled to discuss this problem with them, so no app display of conditions, no history, no way to change display or correct what looks like a faulty timezone.

Can’t connect to network
This app is no longer able to communicate with my devices. I removed the devices and now I am unable to add them back. It fails at adding the sensors to HomeKit as well.
Works like a charm
There are no issues at all. Dark mode has also been restored. The devices look good and are reliable, too! Support very responsive!

Can’t Bind Device to Account
Bluetooth alarm clock keeps having connectivity issues and no amount of troubleshooting can seem to solve them. Even deleting the app and downloading it again doesn’t work because for some reason the alarm clock can no longer be bound to the account no matter how many times I try again.

Problems transferring data from device
Constantly having problems transferring data from the device to this app. However, the device transfers data to other apps such as mihome, homekit without any problems.

App rarely updates conditions
This worked better a year ago. Lately the app hasn’t received new information. Current version of the app, current version on the air monitor, even reset the network. Evening shows connected just never new information on the app. Annoying since this was chosen for its remote monitoring.

Ich kann die Benachrichtigungen der App leider nicht aktivieren, da sie in den Einstellungen nicht nach der Berechtigung fragt. Bitte ausbessern. Ich finde es sehr wichtig Benachrichtigungen einstellen zu können.

Not too bad
I’m using the app with 3 Qingping thermometers (thread ver), and using Apple Homepod as the border router. Sometimes, they loose connection and you have to reset the device, the syncing is a little slow, the battery last about 6 months, but overall, they work as expected, and the server stores 30 days history for free, which is quite nice.
