Good when working
2 days into having my system installed and working and it’s showing disconnected.
Disconnected
Paid for a cellular connection for 5 years. Less than a year in, still have a cellular connection but can’t see any data because it won’t connect.
Won’t connect
It used to work but now won’t connect to the cloud, persistently “disconnected” and troubleshooting hasn’t worked. Even though my phone can connect to the same WiFi solar is confirmed connected to, without the cloud I can’t even monitor my system locally.
Unreliable
Had this app only a week, had major issues logging in and now it’s kicked me out and I can’t get back in
Often missing or incorrect data
App often has missing or incorrect data. Contacting support is you sending them an email and them replying with “sorry can’t fix it”
If you are serious about monitoring your qcell system you should find another way to do it (ie Emporia monitor) because this app seems like it was written by a 1st year intern

Connection issues
This app constantly shows disconnected and “retry”. There is not a point in monitoring when you can not connect to monitor.
Buggy, but overall good
the app isn’t bad. but it does have this strange bug where it shows i’ve exported over 4000 kwh over a ten minute period periodically which throws off all the metrics for the month/year and makes it difficult to actually keep an eye on things. i contacted support and they basically shrugged and said “guess it’s a glitch”. other than that, the app is good. just wish they actually had a support team.

Hopeless
This is the worst app, it’s always going down so you can’t see what your batteries are doing.
Really disappointing app.
Try setting a time based operation for a specific time and date and getting it to save. This appears to defy all logic and is random whether it works or not.
Very unreliable and slow
The app is slow to load and save content, that’s if it even loads content at all. Not convinced it’s the app - seems like very poor infrastructure running the backend - it’s always the data that doesn’t load or takes an age to update or fetch.
USELESS
An absolute pointless app which makes the whole system inoperable unless you have it in self-consumption mode.
Make a change and then save it? Nope it will say it’s saved and then default back to what it was previously - Self-consumption mode.
Want to looks at the performance of your array? Nah app doesn’t feel like doing that it’ll just put you back on the home page.
One of the biggest names in Solar can’t make a functioning app? Get it together QCell.

Horrible
Once again a software update means I cannot log in or register my account. This is getting genuinely frustrating now
Login Not Working
The recent update worked for a few days, but now it’s not allowing me to login. Despite requesting a temp password, it’s still saying my userid & temp password are incorrect.
Let’s the Brand Down
The batteries and the inverter are great piece of kit but the app is appalling. It doesn’t really work properly, has constant bugs and is just not fit for purpose. Compared with my previous battery which was a Tesla Powerwall with a fantastic app, this is worse than useless. It’s only the fact that I have a MyEnergi Zappi and use that to monitor solar etc. that I am able to see what the system is doing. If I could give zero stars I would.

Unable to manage battery reserve % since app update!
Unable to manage battery % reserve since app update, it has now been almost a fortnight since reporting the issue! Purchased to save money on electricity and not able to utilise it to achieve said advertised saving. Had a gut full.
Update is a Dumpster Fire
Since the app a couple of weeks ago this app is criminally bad. Absolute nightmare. Imagine creating an update to make something worse. Dolphins built this app.

Update has killed the app
Says there was an update 4 days ago… well that tracks because now I cant access the battery settings to change the reserve %. App also crashes at random intervals. Fix it now please.

Depuis la mise à jour , il n’est plus possible de consulter le pourcentage restant de la batterie
APP funktioniert nicht mehr
Meine APP funktioniert seid Monaten nicht mehr kann keine Daten mehr anrufen. Wäre schön wenn man das mal per Update realisieren könnte.
