QQ security
I am extremely disappointed with QQ Mail’s account security and customer support.
My QQ Mail account was compromised, yet I received no security alerts or warnings about suspicious access. After discovering the breach, I checked my mail forwarding and filtering rules, but they appeared completely empty. Despite this, the attacker was still able to receive emails sent to my account and use my email address to access other services, including financial accounts.
I attempted to permanently close the compromised account to prevent further abuse. However, QQ Mail did not provide any effective way for me to deactivate or delete the account. Customer support informed me that I could not close the account myself.
Meanwhile, the attacker continued using my QQ email address to create and access other accounts. I contacted QQ support through multiple channels, but each department redirected me elsewhere without providing any real assistance or solution.
As a victim of account compromise, I expected meaningful security support, account recovery assistance, or at least a way to permanently disable the compromised account. Unfortunately, QQ Mail provided none of these.
This experience has left me with very little confidence in QQ Mail’s security protections and customer support system.
