Inaccurate and overcharged

The machine took 5 minutes to register the fact I had returned the power bank and as a result charged me an extra 30 minutes session for 5 euros.

I sent a message to their support team with no luck.

I am just glad the machine did register my return at some point, if anything does not work there’s no support and once they’re authorized they can charge you any amount. Not sure I would take the risk again.
