App not responding

The app for tablet does NOT work. I receive an error that the PNO can not be found. However, if I download the QRS app for IPhone, no problems. Just delete this one. Extremely frustrating.

Lacking

Six months ago we had the PNOmation system installed on our beautiful Bösendorfer piano. Sigh. It does play faithfully the newly recorded pieces, but the bulk of recordings available are audibly low-res. The selection of classical recordings astounds with its poverty. For instance, not one Beethoven piano sonata is available in its entirety. You want all the Chopin preludes? Forget it.
When the system plays quietly, an awful clacking and hissing emanates from the mechanism, like an asthmatic skeleton.
Leaving aside all that to discuss the app: whoever programmed this dog should be banned from computers forever. The only good thing about it is that it’s the only way to access your >$10,000 toy. So buck up and download it.
Better yet, learn to play your piano.
