Almost great
I only just recently started using this because I prefer the info recorder, but our broke. There are a couple features that I wish were available.
1) The ability to collapse locations when completing inventory so that once a section has been completed you can make them smaller so it’s easier to scroll through.
2) Every time I have to use the number pad to enter an amount instead of pressing +/- it automatically scrolls back to the top of the list. This means that sometimes I have to press the + button 30 times to avoid having to scroll down to find my place.
With just those 2 changes it would make using the app so much easier!

Counts not translating into system correctly
For example, sometimes I will put into the inventory app that I have 338 pounds of oil, but whenever I log into the web version, it put it as case or something else... additionally, it doesn't always submit all product after doing counts
Bug/annoyance
When editing a count with a typed in number (i.e. adding .5) instead of using the plus/minus buttons the current list of counts resets its view to the top, wasting time by making you scroll all the way back to where you were previously. It used to not do this in the past. Fix/update that and this would be a 5 star!

Invetory
The app has problems when using the camera, nothing appears and there is a flash on the screen
Buggy
The app works well, however still has music issue where it stops with each scan. Also when you go from camera to type in something and back to camera. The camera closes after each scan until you go out of inventory and back in.
Update crashed my app
Hello. I updated my app yesterday and now when I click on it to open, it opens for 2 seconds and then closes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Phone off/ on. Idk what to do next. Thank you.
The app stopped working
The app won’t open on my phone anymore. Seems like it happen to a couple phones. Will work on certian ones. Please look in to and fix

Qsr Inventory App
Great App, but every time I scan something while doing inventory while listening to my music, it stops. It didn’t use to do that until Recently. I don’t know Why it does that.
Music not working again
App worked great for longest time, now when you scan boxes it cuts the music again.

I cant even watch listen to music with bluetooth off either cause each scan some how still manages to just completely shut it off wish i didn’t have to do this in silence

So I am experiencing issues will not allow me to sign in with my E ID number password is correct along with login it keeps saying invalid user’s name first time this has ever happened
Inventory expires?
Why would there be a time limit for an inventory? Why is it 2 hours? Why doesn’t it let you know before it deletes your inventory? Why?😭😭

Location Feature
I love the new “Location” section and being able to add item to the list. This would be EVEN better if the ITEM on the list was clickable. Kind of pointless having a list of you have to go back outside of the list to count. Maybe something to think about. Other than that I love the new features.
Keyboard still doesn’t work
Latest version of iPhone OS, latest version of QSRinventory and still. My keyboard disappears across all apps when I use a Bluetooth scanner with this app.
iPhone 11 bug
App is great for doing inventory however, there is a bug on iPhone 11’s for sure where it will stop my music from playing every time i scan something and there is a bug that makes my keyboard disappear and Im unable to type things in. Please fix soon!

I’ll list the pros and cons of this app.
Cons:
•App will randomly log you out after awhile, even if you’re in the middle of counting inventory.
•The default keyboard is soooo slow. Typing fast is impossible as it’ll start to miss letters.
•The camera barcode scanner is unreliable. There’s no feedback on why the barcode isn’t scanning. It should default to a number pad to enter the WRIN when scan was unsuccessful.
•The submit inventory button takes up the entirety of the bottom of the screen. Accidentally presses happen to often. Make it smaller or put it at the top of the screen in the header.
•there should be a button for the keypad, similar to the camera button.
•I can’t sort my past counts by time so if I click save but need to add to it, I have to either scan it or search for it all over again.
Pros:
•Being able to add to a count by just pressing the arrow keys saves a lot of time.
•Being able to completely skip entering it into the computer is nice.
•As bad as it is, it is nice being able to scan the barcodes with my camera.
Not many pros, but this app has potential. I hope they give the devs the budget to work on it more.
