Worst company ever
Would not recommend using this company or app. Did not book tickets for a date on a toy event in Qatar. Company did not change the date or offer refund despite there site not working properly. Do not waste your time and money with these people.

Canceled the event and didn’t refund me.
I’ve been trying to get my refund for almost 3 months now. They won’t respond to me email messages and their phone number doesn’t seem to be working. They stole my money.
Always misleading
The app has lots of good features but screwed us over way to many times with wrong times and movie “class” be carful for novo always wrong and gulf mall vip always wrong
Freezing & unstable on ios
App not going past the main loading screen. I’m just left with a blank black screen & no way of contacting the developer for a solution. Kindly fix the app for ios.
Ticketing machines not working
Hassle and time wasted . machine to print tickets not working . Missed some of the film

Worst app ever had. Especially on weekends when we try to book tickets, its inert and unresponsive. Often encountering time-out error though we have one of the fastest internet connection in the world. Loading.......................still loading

User friendly.
I love that anywhere I am I can purchase tickets for (and in the instance of our local theater reserve specific seats for) any events. The ticket section keeps a list of all my movies, I tap a selection, it gets scanned by the ticket taker...boom! Good to go, no line!
Great App!
Simple and easy to use, saves time knowing what's playing when and being able to purchase online and skip the wait at the box office. Even better, ensure you get the seats you want by reserving them online days in advance of the showing.

What a resourceful app for finding out the movie times. This app also has other perks other than your movie times.

Fair and acceptable
I didn't have any problems with this app. Its efficient and not much is required to get your reward, just slide the screen and done.
5 Star if you know HOW to use it
nothing is stopping you from using the app BEFORE you go to the movies which most people plan in advance a movie experience. So 2 hours before your movie or even more if you have time. Turn on the app at home get your reward then go see your movie. You can do this multiple times before a movie .
Awesome
My local theater has reserved seating only so this is the only way I can make sure I get a good seat. Unless I go to the theater days in advance which I may just do to save money since it's on my way home anyway
