Get this right now

This app is amazing and will help you everyday for life.

So helpful for self care

I wanted to regulate my emotional eating and discovered self care could be a good solution to managing and solving it. However, almost all of the apps did not have such a comprehensive and beneficial free option like Quabble. I also appreciate that Quabble has routines built in which helps me be more consistent. Once I am in the position that allows me to purchase a subscription, I will definitely do so!

a beautifully made mental-health app

as someone who has struggled with mental health for years now; this app has personally been such a joy and help to have. the daily activities and check-ins are helpful but are also sized well enough to not be overwhelming; which i personally think is perfect for those who struggle with daily living activities like getting movement or sleeping. the design of the app is very pretty; with the characters being so adorable; and the community features really helped me more connected to those who struggle like me. yes, full access is around 40 dollars a year; but i honestly found it pretty worth it so far. there’s a little something for everyone; well done quabble team!! :)

I love this app

This app is soo so fun and has helped me with the time using it. It’s not boring and actually has stuff you can do for free that is helpful.

The best app forme

I love how I can express how I feel and it's very calming too. Also it makes my day more better

It’s basically for kids

After trying this for a month, my overall impression is it’s a bit of a fun thing with content aimed at the 10-16 age range.

Anyone aged over that who is looking for genuine mental health relief will not find it here! The content is very shallow and it almost feels a bit like a primary school teacher telling a kid “oh dear are you sad today, let’s play a game to make you feel better”. That is honestly the best way I can describe it.

The bamboo forest where you write anonymous comments, words of encouragement or have a rant is completely misused. There isn’t even a function to select a preferred language so you get people messages in all sorts of languages.

A classic example is where a person asked for recommendations of a free ballet school!
I have no idea I don’t even know what country you are in! Plus what has that got to do with mental health. There is no moderation apart from the AI which is useless.

Mostly it’s teens writing about breaking up with their boyfriend who they have been dating for a week and how are they ever going to love someone again!

Or people wanting to know how to get this job or that job, with no experience or skills. A recent example was a post that said I want to work for myself and not be an employed slave but I’ve got no money, no experience, no qualifications and I don’t want to work for someone else, what do I do to make money!!! Honest that is the sort of comments that are made on a daily basis.

It’s like a mental health app Sesame Street style!

Oh and the sound is very buggy. With each update they either fix it until the next update breaks it again, or they make it worse.

Awesome !!!

I love the daily album because you can talk to other people about what your going through and people can write advice or their experiences or you can just write happy things on it and get to know others and it’s great!

Amazing

I have really bad anxiety and this app helped me get better and not the worry much

Kinda let down

I didn’t even get to try it. I really wish there was a free option. I was so exited to try it though… but I rated it middle because I bet it would be really good.

Pretty good

From what I have gotten so far it is some it does require a pay for a special treatment I got the basic it has a few good things, but totally worth it

Will not load

I went to go open the app, and it wouldn’t even load! I now cannot get into the app. I was really excited to use the app and it won’t even let me go into it. I am giving it two stars because when I was able to open the app, it looks like a good app, but then it wouldn’t even let me open it. 😡😤😣

An amazing app & some suggestions

This app is truly amazing!! I loveee this app! Many mental health apps honestly aren’t helpful, but this one is so nice!! The workouts are brilliant. Additionally, this app has really helped me with my mental health compared to other apps! I’d recommend this app for anyone and everyone!! It’s really just a really amazing app.

However I did have some suggestions- I hope that’s alright lol:

- Adding a journal feature. This could also just have prompts for people who’d rather use a physical journal.
- More depression focused workouts.
- The addition of workouts that help with those with inattentive ADHD with a target on focusing, getting started on tasks, and executive dysfunction. I don’t find the focus timer helpful and I have inattentive ADHD.
-Allowing more than one workout to be displayed on the workout widget, and allowing the widget to link to a workout section- such as “Calm Anxiety”.
- Workouts that focus on building confidence and self esteem.
- More integration with Apple Shortcuts and deep linking stuff. It’d be nice for people to be able to make their own workflows and shortcuts that allow them to get to specific workouts or workout sections. It really allows for a lot more customization.

This app is truly incredible though!! I just had some suggestions to make the app better for those who are neurodivergent .

This app has really helped me being more happy (depress10n) and has helped my wellbeing LOADS! :3

Adorable, wholesome mental health app!

I’ve only just downloaded this today, but I’m already in love! Such a sweet, warm design and easy to use interface, and my duck Dave is an adorable little dude!
I usually manage mental health ok, but sometimes I can get overwhelmed with stress, due to my ADHD & BPD, and this app looks like a perfect way to stay positive and grounded. I also really like the SMART goal setting, as my biggest challenge is productivity and staying focused.
Thanks so much for this app, it’s so uplifting and the art is so cute!

Reminding you of bad days

I like this app so far for the most part, but I just got a note from the hummingbird with a bad mood day “memory” including the note I wrote about why I was in a bad mood. It was a little jarring. I don’t want to be reminded of the bad moods I log. Is there a way to turn that off?

Quabble Basics

Ok let me clear this up, I love this app. It’s helped me so much with my mental wellbeing. The only thing is that quabble basics could have more. The one thing I wish we had was one option the anxiety journal. Like for example we only have the option to do one like the beach path. Because I struggle with anxiety a lot and I feel that would really help me. or add something after the first bloom journey.

Buggy sound issues

The sound is a bit buggy which needs looking at.

I can see the potential - it’s a gentle way to make you think a little more about the positives instead of the negatives - the buggy sound is still a thing even after several recent updates. So you do an activity then go back to the park and there is no sound. It takes a few attempts at logging out then back in for it to work. Unless this is fixed I won’t be renewing. What is the point if you can’t interact with the chill little park and use the items you have acquired. To be honest it’s the park that makes it feel different. Without that working properly it’s no different to any of the other similar apps.
