Glitch in Recent Update
The most recent app update ( June 15, 2026 ) no longer allows me to delete messages / notifications once they have been read. I can swipe left to see the trash bin but when I click on that trash bin, nothing happens.
The message / notification just moves from Unread to Read but it is still there no matter how many times I try to delete it.

I recently moved into one of their apartments and started using this app. It has made my experience much smoother. I can quickly submit maintenance requests and track updates without any hassle. The bulletin section is also very helpful for staying informed about cultural events and community announcements. It truly serves as a complete platform for residents, bringing everything together in one place.

This app is really good
I recently moved into one of their apartments and downloaded this app. This app has section where i can ask maintenance questions or raise request, it also has a new bulletin section where the cultural activities and posts are uploaded. Its basically everything in one app.

secretly access's your camera and microphone
do a privacy check on your iphone privacy settings and remove their hidden access to your devices camera and microphone. there is ZERO reason for them to have access
