Seriously
Waste time
Useless
Waste of my time
Absolutely useless. 100% buggy code.
This is especially stupid because you can restart the 15 minute timer in the previous step as many times as you want - so you could hypothetically wait hours to scan your results, rather than the required 15 minutes, but as long as you scan the test within the required 2 minutes on the last step, it will be deemed valid. So incredibly frustrating.
App won’t scan
App doesn’t work
Not working on my new iPhone 15 Pro
I have a message saying the iPhone or IOS version is not supported. I am on IOS 17.2.1
Please update your app to support newest cellphone and IOS.
Crap crap test
And yes i have a phone on the list of recommendations.
Wrong results
Doesn’t work with iPhone 13.
To the app designers…you had one job…
Doesn’t work with new phone, barely worked before
When the app used to work, it was awful. It wouldn’t read the test and only gives you two minutes to get it done, leaving you frantically running around trying to find a surface it will scan on. I had the two minutes elapse without it working more than once. There was no consistency to how or where to scan to get it to work. So stressful. This app is garbage.
Terrible All Around
Shameful
It just work
2 min is not a lot of time
However, some better examples or even a way to pretest lighting conditions under which I am actually photographing the test kit before running it would be welcome. Also it is unclear whether some users (like me) might just not have steady enough hands to use the app.
No idea what went wrong with my kit but 2 minutes isn’t enough time to troubleshoot.
Maybe a way to verify the lighting during the fifteen minutes the test is developing would address most of the pain I suspect many users continue to have.
