Not scanning
My iPhone is compatible with the app, no meter what I try the photo scan test impossible to pass.
Works fine
There’s a high potential for user error here, but if you carefully follow all the steps, it works.

Seriously
The app sets a timer but it’s completely silent when it goes off so of course you miss it unless you are hovering over it for 15 minutes or set a separate timer.
Waste time
This is not related to phone or iOS version, just can't pass the camera test no matter how you scan it. Had to switch to manual test process.
Useless
Won’t work on iOS 18.
Waste of my time
Absolute waste of my time several times now. Does not support iPhone 16.
Absolutely useless. 100% buggy code.
I’ve used this for multiple tests and it never works. There is always an error when I go to scan the final test - the lighting is off, the control line can’t be seen, etc. By the time you get the test scanned, the 2 minutes is up and your results are deemed invalid.
This is especially stupid because you can restart the 15 minute timer in the previous step as many times as you want - so you could hypothetically wait hours to scan your results, rather than the required 15 minutes, but as long as you scan the test within the required 2 minutes on the last step, it will be deemed valid. So incredibly frustrating.

App won’t scan
App will scan the two camera tests, then it will scan the patient code but then during the test it asks you to scan the patient code again and the app freezes.
App doesn’t work
Can’t even get passed the scan test part of the app, it won’t focus when it is in scan mode. Faulty app. Embarrassing.
Not working on my new iPhone 15 Pro
I changed from iPhone 11 Pro to 15 pro and the app is not working anymore.
I have a message saying the iPhone or IOS version is not supported. I am on IOS 17.2.1
Please update your app to support newest cellphone and IOS.

Crap crap test
Fantastic idea, worst app I have ever use. Repeatedly cant get it to work causes more stress than sickness. Back to the drawing board only gave it one star as I can't submit a review without it..
And yes i have a phone on the list of recommendations.

Wrong results
Keeps showing wrong results and have to repeat this test again and again. It is really annoying that the test kit does not show proper results even if you have done the test correctly. It keeps rejecting the results. Need a better APP for the test.
Doesn’t work with iPhone 13.
We were told to download this app to avoid having to send a physical sample in to the lab. It won’t work on the iPhone 13 or the Galaxy S22.
To the app designers…you had one job…

Doesn’t work with new phone, barely worked before
Since I upgraded to iPhone 13 the app is no longer compatible, even though it should be according to the website.
When the app used to work, it was awful. It wouldn’t read the test and only gives you two minutes to get it done, leaving you frantically running around trying to find a surface it will scan on. I had the two minutes elapse without it working more than once. There was no consistency to how or where to scan to get it to work. So stressful. This app is garbage.

Terrible All Around
What a horrible app and experience. First I’m told it’ll work with my iPhone 13 by the company sending it, it doesn’t. Not compatible. The forcing of flash is horrific, every single scan won’t work in any lighting, I tried 20-30 places around my house, every type of lighting and finally by fluke I got one here or there. Giving two minutes for something that takes at least 10 tries for your lighting system to work is the most frustrating experience ever. Do not recommend to anyone, ever.

Shameful
It doesn’t work on phones introduced over the last few years. This was given to my daughter to diagnose a problem quickly and we have been unable to get it to work for weeks. And she has no alternative. SHAME ON YOU.
It just work
This is my second time using this app for the test both times it didn't work. I wish there was an easier way.
2 min is not a lot of time
I understand that 2 minutes is maybe a limitation of the test procedure.
However, some better examples or even a way to pretest lighting conditions under which I am actually photographing the test kit before running it would be welcome. Also it is unclear whether some users (like me) might just not have steady enough hands to use the app.
No idea what went wrong with my kit but 2 minutes isn’t enough time to troubleshoot.
Maybe a way to verify the lighting during the fifteen minutes the test is developing would address most of the pain I suspect many users continue to have.

App just doesn’t work
I tried to scan the test several times and it wouldn’t work even after reinstalling the app. The closest I got to it working was it saying tap on the screen to focus the camera and even after doing so several times it still didn’t work. I just ended up taking the test waiting the 15min and taking my own pictures.
