Unusable
The newest version of the app is slow and unusable. Important claim and deductible information fails to load. Major downgrade.
Helpful Overall
I appreciate that this app gives me direct access to my current healthcare information, live chats and secure messaging with coordinators. These features make staying on top of my care so much easier.
Terrible!
My employer likely changed to quantum to save a few dollars. This is the worse app. I’ve spent the entire day (a few hours) looking for a primary physician and all the phone numbers and location in my area are either disconnected, no longer in service, or not accepting new patients. These are very basic information and they can’t even get that right. I ended up going to anthem directly for PCP search and the first doctors in the list had the correct phone number, address, and is accepting new patients. What a disaster….

Invaluable!
They handle EVERYTHING. Our healthcare system is terrible, but they do all the heavy lifting for you so it doesn’t have to bog you down. 11/10, can’t imagine not having them!
Nothing works
The website and the app are both terrible. “Oops” everywhere. Can’t see deductible or recent claims, chat is offline. Tons of bugs. Wish my employer used something else. This is horrible.

Navigation is horrible
Navigation thru the app is terrible. If you open a claim and you go back you go back to the beginning and have to reset the filters. Doesn’t open the pre-auth letters. The messages are very hard to track when you get responses. It says they’ll get back to you in 24-48 hours and that’s not even close. The app and the desktop/website versions are totally different. Overall? I hate it.

When I open the app, I just get a giant Oops Please try Again screen.

Just updated and it’s bad
Features like scrolling (change preference for say “miles” when looking for a provider) in the filter doesn’t work.
Leaving the app to go to google maps blanks out the app when you return- have to start searching over.

Simple to use
At first I didn’t like that you couldn’t add your id to your digital wallet, now I’m able to view it on my digital wallet! It’s very helpful!!!
