My Chart

Absolutely the worst!

Meh

Hard to navigate, hard to figure out, too many unnecessary push notifications… sigh. This is the American health care system…. Why should I expect it to work and work well?

It was better before

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for an app but decided that it was time given how not user friendly it has become. Finding anything is impossible, messaging option often doesn’t come up but then randomly appears making consistent communication difficult, the option to pay your bill is either no longer on the app or is, again, impossible to find. The list goes on and on. There is tons of stuff available that I would guess 90% of people don’t use but the few things that are helpful, are inconsistent or change all the time. I wish they would just focus attention on the things people are actually looking for.

Awful App

App is really buggy… problems intermittent such as ID CARD print function has no option to print…. busted links

like a product of a high schoolers!

shocking and super frustrating…especially when you are in pain

Merging MyChart accounts

Johnathan searched to see if MyChart from SSM to UW Quartz was linked and was very successful. Thank you Johnathan.

Sometimes confusing

I have multiple Quartz accounts two linked to institutions and one to my insurance. Most of the time it works well, however on some occasions I find it rather annoying when asked to reset passwords. I wish it was just one account, one login.

Schedule where?

I am unable to find where my future appointments are on mobile. Feels like that should be a front page very easily accessible button.

Also any button that takes you out of the app to a webpage and you need to login again is terrible.

App user experience is bad

Using the app is annoying. Almost everything I click on takes me to an external site.

Can't even find my appointment in the app

Can't even find my appointment in the app

Bad

I can’t access my after visit summaries anymore. Everywhere I go I can’t find them when I used to be able to easily. WTH..??

New portal

This is awful! I am supposed to preregister for an appointment, and can’t find how to this. I also can’t see my upcoming appointment. Bring back the previous app.

Worse format difficult to find basics

It’s hard to find future and past appointments and notes. I called the help desk who were not helpful. I hate this version

Statements

I was able to get statements on my iPhone when clicking on square on opening page. Now all you get is a white screen. Customer service wants you to try again and again and claims it is working. I sent a picture of the screen and was told to use my computer instead. Nothing mentioned about fixing the issue. I found a work around by clicking a link mentioning Ckaims not Claims statements. Not sure why they have two links one which takes you out of the app and another that opens the statement in the app.

My Appointments/communication

Not showing up in app

Easy to use

I like that everything is easy to find and convenient to find. Great insurance company

Lab results

I used to be able to see my lab results, now I can’t find them. I had EKG’s, x-rays and CT done a few days ago. Where can I view them? I used to be able to. Very disappointed.

User interface leaves much to be desired

I’m in my 20s, mildly tech savvy, and I cannot for the life of me access my lab results on the mobile app.

Update removes all pertinent information.

Signed in to double check my upcoming appointments only to find that information unavailable. Billing, scheduling, appointments, results, etc. all just no longer available. Thanks Epic, you’ve stripped away anything helpful, and left us all with a steaming pile of garbage.

Why would you remove health information from the app and not help your patients with the change?

Without notice Quartz removed all health information from the app-the only assistance given is a note on the app to use “your clinic’s app” Where do we find that info? What if we are dealing with multiple Doctors in multiple different clinics? Will we need to log into multiple different apps to find our clinical information. This was poorly communicated to members and seems like it creates more hassle and confusion for patients.

No, not enjoying.

Now I have to go multiple places and log in for info I used to be able to get in one place. Because why?
