Faced a serious situation today tried to retrieve the video footage for the entire duration of the issue but guess what apart from the time of issue recording everything of available, and that lagging app just such an amazing combo. Instead of paying huge amount to celebrity to sell your pathetic services instead invest that amount in developing the software.

Worst dash cam
Connecting is a painful process and if connected then downloading the recording clip is again a challenge. Downloads only one minute of clip but shows 3 minutes of clip. Very pathetic and frustrating experience.

App is constantly showing that it is getting connected to the mobile but it never connects. Every setting is kept right as required but app is not connecting. Same issue is persistent since 3 months.

Don’t buy it
The app experience is frustrating and unreliable for something meant to help during accidents or emergencies. Constant permission demands for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, local network, and precise location just to access a dashcam is ridiculous. Pairing is unstable, connections randomly fail, and retrieving footage becomes a headache exactly when you need it most. A dashcam should prioritize reliability and instant access, not force users through endless app and permission nonsense.

User friendly
Really great app. Very user friendly compared to other apps. In all I feel this is a good app even the camera options are really great and finally they have one with gps sim connected so no need to buy 2 different devices. if one needs to get this is a good investment.
Useless App, Cant see trip recordings
The absolute worst app. A UI disaster in the making, cant see the recordings, even when the app says it is available. Only timelaps works, and it is useless. Bakwas, avoid like plague.

I have purchased this device in 2023 and till this date it did not connect with the app. I called tech support they said first pay Rs. 700/- advance then we will send the technician to your home. I asked if the issue persist then they said we will replace the device on full payment meaning I will have to buy new device… sick company, sick app, they play with your security, trust and most importantly they tarnish the name of our country by being and never performing Indian company… disgusting the makers should rot

Got a lot of test notifications today
I’m assuming that you are testing your application. I have been getting a lot of notifications with the message as “test”. Please fix this asap. It’s annoying

Honestly, you’re better off going for a Chinese dash cam instead of Qubo
Not a great experience with the Qubo 4K Dash Cam. The device heats up a lot during use, and the app UI is complicated, laggy, and often gets stuck while downloading footage. In urgent situations, accessing recordings quickly is nearly impossible—you’re forced to remove the memory card and search manually, which is very inconvenient.
ADAS features are inaccurate and can’t be relied upon. Also, the resolution is mostly stuck on 4K, with limited or inconsistent options to switch to lower settings.
Overall, poor usability and reliability. Honestly, you’re better off going for a Chinese dash cam instead of this desi option.

Reason to buy a dashcam is recording but what when the its not recording and not showing correct trips and even not loading videos

Regretting my decision after choosing this garbage dashcam and the worst mobile application i have ever seen. Unnecessarily made very complicated to use.
Worst UI. Previous updates had somewhat better.
UI is soo badd. It’s so complicated to download the clips and if the clip is less than a minute, then good luck downloading it in High resolution.
Only option you’re left with is using an SD card reader and plugging it into your laptop and then manually retrieving the files.

Best Dash Cam App in India
Had a 70Mai in 1 car, bought Qubo for 2nd one as it was much cheaper. To my surprise, Qubo App is so much better. Great to see Indian companies giving significantly better app experience than Chinese apps.
